Kanzaki Holmes is the main female protagonist in this story. She is a 16 year old girl, that goes to Sakura no High School. She is a very short girl, compare to the other students in her school. She is only Hibiki's chest level... So she would always look up at him. Kanzaki is usually emotionless and talks in monotones. She lives alone in a mansion by herself with couple of maids. Kanzaki parent own a famous company in the US, meaning they are always busy. In her childhood Kanzaki never felt the feeling of love, joy, cheerful, or happiness because she was always trap in her mansion since she was 3. But now as she grow older, she now take responsibility for her own actions. During school Kanzaki meet a couple of friends like Cherry, Hiro and Hibiki. She get nervous or get a feeling she never felt before when she is too close it gets a compliment from Hibiki. Also she doesn't get along with a girl name Saki. One thing Kanzaki love about Hibiki is his two colored eyes.

Hibiki Shouren is the main male  protagonist in this story. He is a 17 year old boy that also goes the same school with Cherry, Hiro, and Kanzaki. Hibiki has two different eye color one red, and one gold. Even he doesn't know the reason why he has two colored eyes. He always think Kanzaki is really cute, because she was short.. But sometimes tease her too. Hibiki is kinda popular in school, some girls would confess to him once in awhile, but he always rejects them. He loves hanging out with Kanzaki, and he found her very interesting. Hibiki is not afraid to admit his love for Kanzaki. Hibiki is always cheerful and happy, and always put on a big smile, but there is something behind that smile.

Hiro Yoshii is the male supporter in this story, he is a best friend of Hibiki. They have known each other since 3 years old. He is a 17 year old boy, that loves drama, songs, and dancing stuff. He is in the drama club with Cherry. He and Cherry sometimes show a romantic feelings tours each but it is not confirmed yet. Hiro mostly help Kanzaki, telling her more about Hibiki and his past. With Hiro's help Kanzaki was able to know Hibiki better and feels comfortable around him. He is a great friend and supporter.

Cherry Lock is the female supporter in this story. She is 16 year old only order then Kanzaki by 2 month. She is half America and half Japanses, since she live mostly in Japan her language is very perfect. She is a best friend of Kanzaki, Cherry would always play with Kanzaki's hair, and ask her to try on dress. Cherry is in drama club with Hiro, and in later on chapters she eventually fell in love with Hiro. She is very nice, and is very helpful.

Saki Sumari is the female antagonist in the story. She is a 17 year old girl, that is madly in love with Hibiki since forever. She would do anything to get Kanzaki away from Hibiki. Saki acts innocent and sweet when Hibiki is around but an be cruel and evil too sometimes. While Saki was madly in love with Hibiki... Hibiki thinks of them as friends.

Kanzaki's best maid, Ren. She is taking care of Kanzaki, while her parent are away. She really care for Ksnzaki, she has been Kanzaki's maid since she was 2 and she is mostly like a big sister to her.
