As I sat there behind the large shelf full of books beside Eli and Maddie, I thought "How did things end up like this?" I thought for more than twenty-three minutes "How did this all start?" So this would be an easier story to understand if we start at the very beginning. Sixth grade is when this all started. Yes, that is a very good place to start.
