Chapter 2

I still had a good chunk of time before school officially starts.I memorized my locker number and my combination, and where my classes were located.I walked towards my homeroom/first period, advance chemistry,and sat at the end of the class, where no one would notice me.

I watched my teacher separating papers and getting organized. I was tapping my fingers on the table. I q

uickly became bored and took out my phone. I went through my playlist and choose a random song to play. I put on my earphones and waited a few seconds then I heard the soundtrack it was My Immortal by Evanescence.

"I'm so tired of being here, suppressed by all my childish fears.And if you have to leave, I wish that you would just leave.'Cause your presence still lingers here, and it won't leave me alone" I stopped my music and put it away.

I watched groups of people starting to enter with their friends. I saw how some of them(which were probably the popular clique) made others move and being rude to people around them. I look away disgusted as some of the girls started to show more skin in their already short and thight outfits.

I ignore everyone around me and took out a pen from my bag.I could here everyone talking about their summer and how they would like it if school started later on in the month.

I suddenly feel someone tapping me on my shoulder and I turn around to face them.He had a firm body wich said thay he probably did sports, he also had long black lashes with a firm jaw and a beautiful smile that made girls knees weak, but no me I know his type to well."He must be a jock." I thought.

"May I sit here?" he asked while smiling at me.

"Its the school's property, don't ask me." I told him.I could hear someone laughing behind me, but I ignored it for a second.He looked up ahead of me and glared at someone.He looked at me once more, but gis smile was a little uneasy.

"So you're the new girl do you need help getting to your new classes?" he asked

"Yes, I'm 'the new girl' and no I don't need a guide to help, but thank you for asking. " I told him

"Okay I'm Will I'll see you later."he told me in a bored tone as if a spend his precious time.He got bup and walk to his friends who were making fun of him.

A few minutes later the bell rang and Mr.Maxwell got our attention. He told us to stand up in order for him to give us some seats.Immediately everyone groan in respond.He started pointing ata table and giving us assigned seats.

"In this table Lisa Star, Jennifer Houston, Cameron Smith..."I looked up once I hear my name and I got seated.I saw two other girls and three boys already seating down.Once he finished he told us that we can talk.

The room was field with laughter and arguments, but I stayed quiet. In no time the bell rang and I left the room as soon as possible. I already has a headache and the day just started, things weren't looking up for me at all.
