"And who is she."
Waller smirked as she looked down at the last file with a picture of a young woman, brown eyes, brunette hair and blood red highlights, and lips painted in black lipstick.
"That's October Halsey also known as Mickey, the Princess of Gotham," Waller said as she looked down at the picture and information laying in front of her dinner colleagues . "Now she is the lover of not only Joker but Harley Quinn as well."
She looked up at her colleagues to find them with confused looks on their faces.
"She's the special one, the one you need to watch out for especially if you saw her anywhere outside of her jail cell," Waller started. "If you so much as looked at her wrong or touched her without permission, the King and Queen of Gotham made sure to make an example out of you. Those two would do anything for their little princess whether she asked them to or not and I mean anything. That makes her the most dangerous one out those three," she explained.
"Now she may not be as insane as her two counterparts but don't underestimate her, she's with them for a reason. Halsey's smart, a straight A student. She was still in school when we caught her with a 4.0 gpa and she owned her own restaurant/bakery store at the age of 18 though that's more due to the help of illegal transactions," she continued.
Waller watched as her colleagues looked at her with nervous eyes.
"And what can she do for this project," one of the men asked.
"I've heard she's got skills in the weapon and combat department. She can also keep Harley in check."
"And who's going to keep her in check."
"She wouldn't dare try to escape and Harley wouldn't dare let her get hurt if she could help it."
