the delicate glass smashed tragically onto the sinister floor; the action one that could make mouths gasp for air.
jimin's fist throbbed in pain and rage, and yeonmi just watched. with their young child being put to bed, the chainsaw had ultimately
revved up in jimin's core, causing the man to lash out selfishly.the fine china fell, yeonmi flinched and cowered in precaution with her heartbeat loud and clear in her head.
"i'm getting so much hate,
his mouth was salivating sourly as the veins in his neck were more than evident; reaching out to choke her like vicious branches of a tree.
his scowl was inexplicable.
"and it's all your fault!" he averted his hands toward the nest of hair on his head, rather than leading them to his wife's slim neck.
yeonmi thought it was pointless to cry–so she didn't. but jimin almost did.
she took a few steps backwards.
"am i not good enough for you, huh?" jimin questioned, a far-stretched, humourless smile grew on his face as he peered at yeonmi with vacant, soulless eyes.
she swallowed the lump in her throat and tried to steady her laboured breathing.
"wh-what do you mean?" her voice tried retaliating.
jimin stepped closer whilst she retaliated,
but
he caught up with her.he had her.
"let me show you what you missed out on, sweetie."
she looked at him with icy eyes, he looked at her with alcohol-glazed irises that desperately tried to keep focused.
as he grasped onto her, it was clear that he wouldn't let go easily; she tried shaking him off and screamed until her throat began to swell–a table was kicked as they struggled, and the last tea cup fell to its eggshell doom.

and it made perfect sense.
unbeknownst to her, they had already stepped into their shared bedroom.
