The Beginning

THE BEGINNING

Im running. Running through the forest, trying to make sure i get to the other side, to the one place i hold so dear to my heart. The grave yard where she was buried. I need to get there before anyone finds out i'm missing. Im pushing through each branch, stepping over each rock, burning down everything in my path. And by burning i mean I'm literally burning up the forest in flames. If you haven't figured it out by now. Im a fire bender and not your ordinary fire bender. Im one of the top fire bender's in the Element Nation. Oh and the names Faye. Faye Pierce.

Thinking about my life, and talking to myself aimlessly, i found the place i like to visit occasionally. This is where i come when people or a certain PERSON likes to piss me off. Ive always wondered whether people are just plain stupid or whether they just like to see me set everything on fire 🔥
I walked through the path passing all the great bender's of the nation, and finally reached the grave i was searching for.

Beloved Sister & Fire Bender

It's been exactly a year since my twin sister was killed. And till this day.. it rings through my head like it was yesterday. The blood .. there was just so much... i cant even begin to describe the feeling of holding her lifeless body. All i know now, is to find out Who? How? and Why? And yet i still haven't got my answer. I sighed and looked away in a distance.

And thats when i saw him.

Midnight black hair. Piercing cold blue eyes. Strong, handsome and many other things. That was who he was. That was Blake Knight. Of course this was my first time meeting him. And seeing him in person. But who hadn't heard of this guy in the Element Nation? He was a sensation of course. The girls loved him as well as the Elementis.

I looked to see him looking back only with twice more intensity. I didn't like the way he was looking at me. Sort of like how he knows something i don't. This riled me up, and i could feel sparks flying from my fingertips, so i quickly looked away, and carried on walking.

"Urgh Faye you need to seriously control your anger its so not healthy for yourself" I mumbled to myself, while walking back into the forest. The Element trainers were probably looking all over the place for me, and probably tracking down my fire path i left behind... but they cant blame me. Not now. Not this time. If it wasn't for that whiny slut... urgh just thinking about it caused my light brown eyes to flash red.
I tightened my fists, took a deep breathe and calmed myself down. It really didnt help being a fire bender on top of having anger issues. That shit takes a toll on the body i swear.

My mind wondered back to the graveyard, and Blake Knights eyes. Damn its true what they say. Those were a pair of fine eyes, if i must say so myself. But then my mind wandered off to Faylee and my fingertips sparkled again. I know theres something going on in the Element Nation, and i know my twin sister knew exactly what. The 4 Elements Fire, Water, Earth, and Air made up the Element Nation. We live in a cruel and dangerous world, where not everything worked out to be right. But its ignored, and injustice is carried out.

My twin did not die for nothing. I will bring fourth the Element's Nation secret even if it means i have to bring the whole nation down with me. I Faye Pierce am not weak, and will never be. They dont call me the best fire bender for no reason. Even the fire bending trainers themselves know not to fight me.

"FAYE! FAYE WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN? EVERYONES BEEN GOING AROUND LOOKING FOR UR CRAZY FIERY ASS CHICKA!!" A girl with silver hair, pale skin, and deep grey eyes hollered at me, while running towards me already out of breath. Yup thats my best friend Arianna for you.
"Dude chill i went to vent out in the woods again like how i normally do duh" i muttered, while rolling my eyes at her. Like she didn't already know.

"AGAIN? Faye you know what the Elementis said about that. The earth benders practice in the woods, around trees, and nature. You cant be burning up the peace there! They've been complaining about the burning smell, and finding practically everything burnt to the ground... again and again" She sighed and placed one hand on her hip. "Im seriously tired of going there and clearing the air out for you! I may be an air bender but damn it i cant be cleaning ur mess up every single time Faye!" She starred daggers at me.

"Okay Okay" I said while, put my hands up. "I know a certain earth bender who wouldn't mind regrowing the forest again back to its natural form, of course he does owe me a favour so im not taking no for an answer!" I smirked, and grabbed her arm, while walking away from the forest entrance. Didn't want anyone seeing that it was in fact me, sabotaging the earth benders practice field.. again like always.

"ANNOUNCEMENT! MAY FAYE PIERCE PLEASE REPORT TO THE ELEMENTAL'S OFFICE BUILDING AT ONCE" Arianna looked towards me giving me a knowing look. "I would say i told you so but then i know your somehow gonna magically make this all disappear! You really need to tell me how you do that Faye" She muttered, while walking away from me.
I smirked while touching my nose with my finger. "I guess you'll never know little Arianna haha. Anyway im going to see what the Elementis wants.. catch ya later little air bender" I said, while skipping to the Elemental's building.

I walked through the reception buzzing the lift button in order to go to the top floor. Of course the Elementis did love having his own private building, i thought of, while rolling my eyes. I walked into the elevator only to see those piercing blue eyes once again.

Blake Knight. And to think i just managed to control the sparks that keep flying out of my fingers. Damn I'm not even angry anymore so why is my body heating up like this. I walked into the elevator, turning around to face the doors with my fists held behind my back.

Okay Faye you can do this! Just don't look at him, don't breathe, don't get heated up, and just stay still until the top floor arrives. I looked towards the floor numbers, and realised he was going to the top floor. Oh bloody great. This day just seems to be getting better and better (Note the sarcasm). He must be on his way to see the Elementis. Not only did this 3 minute journey feel like an hour, but i can also feel his intense stare, staring me down from the right.

"Take a pic dude. It'll last longer" I muttered as i looked towards my right. Yup, i couldn't stay quite, and now I'm probably gonna land myself in even more of a mess. But hey, I'm Faye so no rules apply to me.

"And she speaks. Fiery, and sassy. I like it." He smirked, while starring into my eyes. He turned his body to face me, while leaning one arm against the elevator wall. I looked him up, and down. Who the hell did this guy think he is?

"You speak like you know who i am? But then again who hasn't heard of me right. Twin sister to the girl, who went against the Element Nation, and part of the top 5 fire bender's on this planet. I don't get to have the perks of people not knowing who i am" I bent my head, sending him a half hearted smile. "You may know my name, but understand one thing, you don't know me" I glared at him, while walking out of the elevator. What a self absorbed idiot. I rolled my eyes to no one in particular, while i took in the view of the Elemental's office. Well, here goes nothing, i wonder what the Elementis is going to have to say about me burning the woods. Again.
