Skylar's POV

Today I get to see my best friend again! My best friend is named Harry, Harry Styles. Yes THE famous Harry Styles from One Direction. But I don't see him as 'famous'. He's still the dorky, funny and awkward boy from Cheshire that I grew up with. This will be the first time seeing him in a year and a half. He's been really busy with X factor and One Direction of course. I will be joining him along with One Direction on their tour just for the summer until I have to start Uni. I am going to study film communications. It is where you get to watch and analyze movies. I hope to be able to become a movie critic or a movie producer. I absolutely love movies, it's my passion.

So I've texted Harry and told him I have landed in SFO airport. They will be starting their tour here in San Francisco. I'm really excited to meet Louis, Zayn, Liam and especially Niall. I've seem to fancy him a tiny bit from watching their video diaries. I just found him completely and utterly adorable.

As I exit the baggage claim I adjust my messy bun and make sure my yoga pants and sweatshirt look okay (obviously I wanted to be comfortable on the plane ride). I continue to walk until I see familiar brown curls in the distance. Once we make eye contact I immediately drop my luggage and do one of those dramatic run and hug things and yell "HARRYYYY!" as he also yells "SKYYYY!". Harry wraps his arms around me and lifts me off the ground causing me to let out a small shriek. His familiar smell of vanilla fills my nose and instantly it felt like the good old days. It felt right to finally be reunited with my best friend. His arms were stronger than I remember and he seemed taller.

Harry lightly let's me down and sighs "I've missed you so much Skylar. It hasn't been the same without you." I reply "I've missed you too, so much. It's been much quieter in Cheshire" I embrace him once again. After taking in this lovely embrace I snap out of it and notice four boys awkwardly surrounding us. One that I have learned to know as Louis introduces himself first, "hey Skylar, I'm Louis! I've heard so much about you" he opens his arms and immediately makes me feel welcome. Zayn and Liam follow after him similarly. Then I blush when Niall flirts, "hey beautiful, I'm Niall. It's very lovely to meet you. I'm sure we will get to know each other very well." Followed by a wink. Harry awkwardly butts in "okay why don't we go get something to eat. Skylar must be starving. The airplane food is horrendous." I shrug and agree and so do the other boys. I seem to feel a little jealousy from Harry but I try to shrug it off because I know we are just great friends that have grown up together. No matter how much I adore those crystal green eyes he will always be a brother figure to me and I'm okay with that. And I just hope he is too...

This will be an interesting summer.
