Arthur, Sebastian and Mitch walked through the streets of New York City, looking for a spot to set up their show.
"Are YOU ma daddy?! Oh...are YOU ma daddy?!" Mitch kept repeatedly asking the townsfolk, in return giving him dirty looks.
Sebastian leaned over to Arthur. "He asks that to everybody. It gets really annoying." "Oh, I can tell." Arthur replied.
People, automobiles, and buses crowded the busy streets. It seemed to Arthur that the population of the city was getting bigger by the second, making it more and more impossible each day to find a vacant area for their cheap performances.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, they found their spot for the day: An alley. Arthur sighed, not only was it getting harder to find an EMPTY spot, but it was also harder to find a CLEAN spot.
"Well? What are we waiting for?" Sebastian asked. "Let's get this show on the road already!!"
Arthur nodded, and started to set up some tables, one donning a banner that read: "Magic! Potions! Wizardry!" He then proceeded to put some beakers filled with strange liquids, each having a different label on them.
Sebastian looked at them. "So, which ones did you bring this time, huh? These had better be good..."
"Um...well...I have been working on a little concoction that makes you feel approximately 10 years younger..." Arthur replied. He held up a medium-sized beaker with a shiny blue liquid inside of it.
Sebastian looked at it for a second, then looked back at Arthur with a cold stare. "....We have a thing like that already...it's called the fountain of youth!!!!" He smacked the beaker out of his hands, shattering all over the floor, the potion splattering everywhere.
Mitch gasped, then proceeded to get on his hands and knees and lick the concoction off the ground. "Mmmm! Tastes like blueberries!!"
Arthur teared up and put his goggles over his eyes. He always tried his darnedest to impress his boss, but half the time he would yell in his face or threaten to fire him. Sometimes he wondered why he even agreed to work with him in the first place.
"Ah, yes." Sebastian said, picking up a bright green one. "At least you did ONE thing right. You brought the one that changes a person's eye color." He grinned somewhat evilly.
Some people going by had noticed the three, and had gathered around them, awaiting their performance.
"Oh great, these guys again." someone in the crowd commented, snickering.
Arthur wiped his eyes with his gloves and stood up tall. He was ready to face whatever these cruel townspeople had to say or do with him, if that was what it took to get him through another day of this useless garbage.
