Another day at school it was all the same for the rest of the week,you know what I mean with all the drama and everything.

*****SATURDAY

YASSS!!Today is my date with Diggy.Yay,I am so excited but one problem is my dad.I don't know if he's going to take me and diggy going out on a date together well.I'm not letting anyone prevent this from happening even if I have to walk out of this house,I mean damn I am 16 years old.

I got in the shower and washed my hair.I brushed it into a bun and brushed my teeth.Than I put on a red,white and blue bandana,a dark blue jersey,dark blue tie dye booty shorts and some black and red lebrons.

I was very ashy so i went in my bathroom and put 'bath and body works' perfume and lotion on.I grabbed my bag and phone and ran downstairs.

I put my headphones in and heard a beep.I looked down to see it was a text from Diggy.

''I will be right there'' it read.''kk'' i texted back.

I looked in my parents room and they were still sleep.Finally the doorbell rang.I looked out the peephole to see it was Diggy,

''You look...''The words couldn't even escape his mouth.I knew I looked good but damn , I always looked good.

''like a hood-rat ''I said,because your usually not supposed to dress this way on a date but I don't care.I don't even have alot of dress clothes.Just like casual and trendy stuff.

''Beautiful''He said.I just stared at him for awhile because it made my heart smile just for those words to evn come out of his mouth.

My dad came out of his room.

"Lyric,you know where my bathrobe is?"He said finally realizing Diggy was here.His mouth dropped with awe,just to think I even let a boy in the house.He stared at me ike I was dumb.

"Lyric Harmony Rodriguez!!!!!" He yelled on the top of his lungs.It's about to be hell up in here.

"Baby,Why you yelling like that"My mom said coming out the room.Saved by the bell.My mom is the one that helped me get my phone back.She was real cool but my dad on the other hand.O_o.Is a real ass Okay.

"Come on now Juelz "My mom said to my dad realizing that I was going on a date."Their teens okay,You remember how much I wanted to go on that first date with you but my mom or dad didn't like you as much"She said.You better get him Mommy I thought myself.

My dad just sat there with a stupid look on his face digesting what my mom just said to him.He took a deep breath and eyed Diggy.

"What's your name sir?"My dad asked Diggy.I know Diggy was confused and nervous.I knew my dad still didn't like Diggy.

"Diggy Sir.Mr.rodriguez."Diggy said putting his hand out to shake my dad's hand.My dad just eyed his hand and kissed my cheek.

"Be safe with my baby-girl ,you hear me"My dad said.

I kissed my Dad and mom on the cheek ." Bye Mami.Bye Papi."I said.

" Bye baby ,have fun"My mom said.

" i will"I said

"Not too much fun"My dad said.Only him.

"you dad is nice"Diggy sarcasticly said.I told him to shutup and punched him in his arm.We both laughed.This just came to my mind.Why in the hell are we walking? like come on now.

"sooooo.....why we walking?"I asked Diggy he just gave me a sidelook and held my hand as we got on the citybus.

"close your eyes"He said covering my eyes as I walked off the bus."you can open them now"He said uncovering my eyes.I looked around to see it was a carnival.All these happy kids,families and couples.It was beautiful.We played games and it was six o'clock.Almost time for closing.

His arms were full of all my stuffed animals. one out of ten of the stuffed animals he won me.He got mad evry time I beat him at soemthing.

"til' we get it right we gon' fuck some more"My phone was ringing.I looked down to see it was My dad.

"Be home by 10:30"he said unto the phone.I couldn't even get the words out before saying okay.I looked down to see it was 7:30.

"One mroe game"he said.

I glared at him and said"Your not gonna win so stop trying."I said and he looked at me like I was crazy.I fell out laughing.

He held my hand and walked me over to the basketball game.He handed the clerk our tickets and grabbed 2 balls.

"The first one to tens shots"the clerk said.He was cute.I aimed for my first shot and missed it all the way.

So the clerk came over there and adjusted my arms and held his hands on my hips.Diggy looked at him like he was finna murder him.

"Yo that's my date"Diggy said,pulling his arms off my waist."I advise you find your own"He said to the clerk.The clerk just got back behind the counter and kept selling tickets.

I felt so bad for doing that!I really just messed up.Oh My God!!

"so you ready to lose"I said,trying to break the silence.

"Yeah okay"he said snatching the ball from me playfully.He shot it and scored that was1.There's no way I'm letting him win.Then he shot again that was 2 and then he missed at 8.

So I grabbed the ball from him and kept should until 10.

"YASSS!LYRIC DID THAT!!!"I screamed aloud ,teasing Diggy.He just smirked.THe clerk came and handed me a box of chocolates and roses.

It was time for closing.Diggy held all my stuff and we headed out.He took me on a stroll.He grabbed my hands and looked into my eyes."You know Lyric,your nothing like these other grils,There's just something about you Lyric.Your the song of my heart and I love to put you on Replay."He said.

"It made my heart smile that was very beautiful"I said to him nonstop blushing.

"I know ,I've been writing it since the first day of school ,when our eyes met."He said.I can't believe he really liked me.

the diggy simmons video is at the side he beautiful aint he?I know.
