He timidly sat in the chair across from her. Hisp entire body trembling, teeth chattering; eyes warily glancing around the room behind his thick glasses. His skin prickled and had gone a deathly white. It was needless to say the man was beyond terrified. He clutched the briefcase close to him.
She grinned at him, rose red lips glistening as she did.
"How can I help you?"
He stopped in his tracks, unprepared for such friendliness. He took one good look at her taking in her image. She was absolutely stunning. Her face was tiny and neat almost like a doll. Bright blue eyes twinkled with an unreadable emotion. Wavy midnight purple transitioned into aqua blue tresses that framed her face gracefully. Her body adorned with a short black dress a purple shawl draped over her shoulders. Black heeled boots tapping against the wooden floor boards.
She was the epitome of beauty.
It was almost impossible for him to see this woman before him as a cold-blooded assassin now. She was the best of the best.
"Like what you see Carl Levington ?" she smirked leaning forward towards him.
He shook his head profusely, quickly snapping his head away from her hypnotizing looks.
"You don't? Awww that's a pity," she crossed her legs pouting slightly, "So who do you need me to kill?"
He shuddered at her casualness of taking a human life.
"S-so there's this guy I need gone...he's insane! I want...no. I need him dead. He murdered my sister! I can't let him get away with it." He gets on his knees. "Everyone I hired to kill him never came back. He must have killed them too. He might come after me next! Please!" he bowed his head low.
"I see," he peered up at her as she got up and began to walk around the desk, walking towards him. She lightly brushed her hand on his shoulder comfortingly, gesturing to his seat. He quickly got up getting back in his chair.
"Sounds like you got a real problem there. Don't get your panties in a bunch. Dying isn't so bad," he looked up at her mortified at what she was saying. She chuckled leaning on his back. He shuddered his body going stiff.
"Such a great expression. So scared, so helpless, so lost. It..." she leaned in close, her lips brushing his ear,"...gets me excited."
He jumped back clumsily falling from his chair.
She smirked sitting on the arm of his chair."What do I get out of this?" she tilted her head, reaching into her dress and pulling out a lollipop.
"Tsk... I fucking hate the Joker. So I am willing to pay you 100k to come back with this 100% completed."
Suddenly she got up angry. Her eyes flared with rage. She grabbed him by the collar lifting him off the ground.
"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" she hissed, all playfulness gone. He sputtered, trying to talk.
"I-Is....100k....not enough?" He rasped out.
"NO, NOT FUCKING THAT, WHO DID YOU JUST SAY?!" She lifted him higher, shaking his body slightly.
"T-the.. J-Joker? I'll-" He was cut off from being dropped. She cursed loudly.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck, FUCK! WHy is he BACK!! GOD DAMNIT!" She punches a hole in the wall with anger causing the boy to jump.
"I guess-" he was cut off once again.
"I'm going to kill his ass this time!" She opened the door for him to leave.
"I guess-" being cut off again.
"Come on I have a lot to do! I have to find his ass!"
She left the door open for him to run around looking at maps on her wall.
"So you k-" and again cut off
"Oh boy where is he at... Maybe here.." She points at her map talking to herself.
"Ugh, fine I'll leave. Oh, I don't think I said my name by the way, it's John, John Smith and thank you so much for doing this, I heard you don't let anyone down. Please come out of this alive. Thanks!" He shut the door. As she continued to speak to herself.
