Once the Smiths left, we had to go to work... I work at a diner, a clothing store, and a Hotel. Just to make money, so we could get the hell up out of here... Marie worked at a Fireworks store, since fireworks were a big thing in our town. She also worked at skating rink. Emily worked at a youth club, and she was extra nice to the kids because of what she went through, since she wasn't of legal age to work there, they would give her just a little bit of money, and food stamps. We all were working two or three jobs to make enough to run away, and start a new life. The kids sold snacks at school, and they made butt loads of money. All of the kids were addicted to candy chips, and anything that was classified as "junk food". Every night, we would all count up all the money that we made that day, and then we added to the other money we had, and add to the total amount. Once that was finished, we would talk about all the things we would do once we left....
