While I accept most covers, I will decline your request if I decide to. This could be for many reasons, such as my skill level is too low, I can't find the correct pictures or you are generally rude. Here are three key tips to increase your chances of me accepting:

1) Be specific. I have had so many requests which just say "Do whatever you think will look good" or "I don't care what you do, just have the picture and the title". Well let me say, this is YOUR cover. You are the author, and you know what you want for a cover. If you can't be bothered to think of a colour scheme, or give me a good idea of what you want, you probably shouldn't be requesting, if publishing a book here at all.

2) Patience is the key. Please, DO NOT continue to ask when your over will be ready. I have a life off the internet and often have other requests to finish before you. I must also say that when I give you an Expected Delivery Time, that will not always be when you get it.  Don't rush me, because if I do it fast, the quality of your cover will be worse. It can also be hard to keep track of who hasn't and who has received their covers, and some covers take more time than others.

3) Follow the form and read the whole chapter. This closely relates to the first tip. If you don't give me all the information I need, it will be harder to make an adequate cover. Basically, just make sure you write everything according to the form.

I will hopefully get it to you within four days, unless there is an urgency about the request or I feel particularly enthused to make your cover. (two weeks is my usual maximum time frame, but it could be longer).

"Payment" is pretty simple, just give me credit in the description and/or the first chapter of the book. You don't need to follow me, I'd prefer to earn my followers by myself (but I'm not saying you can't hit that button)

NEW SERVICE (July 10, 2015)
From July 10, when you receive your cover, you may receive more than one. This will not happen for everyone, only for those in which I have more than one idea. These covers will have a transparent "sample" watermark, so you will not be able to use any without telling me your preference. I will create anywhere from 2-4 covers, and from there you can choose your favourite, which I will repost without the watermark.
