Chapter 19 don't go

Is been 4 weeks since I returned back to Camp and was back with my sister and me and Octavia have gotten even more closer (if that was even possible) she asked me to leave with her and to start are own lives with each other but there was one thing holding me back and stopping me from going with Octavia and that was ......Lexa ...if couldn't just pack up and leave her I...I just couldn't and then that caused an argument between me and Octavia so I walked off into the woods to my quite place to just stop and think about everything but my thoughts were soon interrupted by none other then Lexa she had a sad look on her face.

"Are you okay"

She asked me as she took a seat next to me I just looked at her with a warm smile and rested my head against her shoulder as she rested her head on top of mine.

She started to talk.

"You know your the only family I have your my little sister and I don't want anything to happen to you I just wanna protect you because in my eyes your still a little baby....when mum died I took responsibility of you I promised her that I wouldn't let no harm come to you and know I see that your not happy here anymore and I know I can't protect you forever"

Lexa lifted her head from on top of mine and I also lifted my head to look at her only to see she has a guitar with her.

"I learned a lesson today and got some advice from Clarke she said that you will always be the little girl in my eyes always nothing could change that but there is gonna come a time when she is gonna say is okay you can let go know just like the first time I showed you how to ride I was behind you all the way until I seen the right opertunity and I let go and you done it on your own is the same with life so I wrote a little song for you"

Lexa began to strum the strings of the guitar.

"She's gotta do what she's gotta do and I've gotta like it or not, she's got dreams that are to big for this village and she needs to give em a shot where ever they are"

They are know back at camp in Y/N tent with Lexa Standing in the door way smiling a warm smile as she watches her sister pack her stuff

"Looks like I'm already to leave and nothing left to pack"

As both girls head out of the tent and towards Y/N horse to put the stuff on Lexa looks at Y/N with a warm smile but with sadness in her eyes.

"There ain't no room on that horse for me even if she asked me to tag along"

Lexa and Y/N look at each other

" God I gotta be strong"

Y/N runs over to Octavia as Octavia picks her up and spins her around in her arms

" I'm at the starting line of the rest of my life as ready as I've ever been got the hunger and the stars in my eyes the prize is mine to win"

As Y/N walk over to Lexa she can see tears in Lexa's eyes.

"She's waiting on my blessing before she hits that open road"

Both girls hug each other but then let go as lexa helps her on her horse and looks up at Y/N and smiles.

"Baby get ready"

Y/N looks at Octavia and smiles and then looks at the open road

"OH I'm ready"

Lexa gives one last smile to her sister.

"Get set"

Y/N and Octavia then set off into the night not looking back as lexa just stands there with a small tear falling down her face as she watches her baby sister leave.

"Don't go" 

As lexa walks towards Y/N old tent off in the night a smiling Y/N looks over at Octavia.

"Looks like things are falling in place"

Lexa picks up an old Photograph of a 10 year old Lexa holding a laughing 3 year old Y/N a single tear falls down her cheek but a small smile forms on her lips at the memory.

"Feels like they're falling apart painted this big ol smile on my face to hide my broken heart if only she knew"

(Back in Y/N tent before she left)

"This is where you don't say what you want so bad to say"

Lexa walks towards her little sister.

"This is where I want to but I won't get in the way of you and your dreams and spreading your wings"

(Back to Y/N on her horse riding into the night with Octavia leaving Lexa behind)

"I'm ready to fly I'm at the starting line of the rest of my life as ready as I've ever been got hunger and the stars in my eyes the prize is mine"

(Back at the camp Lexa hugs the photo of her and Y/N)

"Baby be alright"

Y/N looks back at a moment between her and Lexa in her tent before she left.

"Let me go know I'm ready I'll be alright I'll be okay you know I'll be thinking of you each and every day"

With Y/N know gone Lexa walks towards her sisters old bed and sits down with the photo in her hands as she looks at it.

"Baby get ready get set.......please don't.....go"

Lexa falls asleep on her sisters old bed still cuddling into the photo and a faint giggling and 2 children's voices can be heard the voices are of a 10 year old Lexa and a 3 year old Y/N

"Lexa"

"Yeah"

"Yeah our my very best sister"

"And your mine to Y/N"

"And we will always be together forever won't we"

"*giggles* yeah forever"
