POV: Yoongi
Hey, young blood! Doesn't it feel
like our time is running out?
I'm gonna change you, like a remix.
Then I'll raise you, like a Phoenix!

Wearing our vintage misery...
No, I think it looked a little better on me!
I'm gonna change you, like a remix.
Then I'll raise you, like a Phoenix!

Sometimes, I don't understand song lyrics. I poked my headphones into my phone and played some Fall Out Boy as I listened to the words of some of their songs, focusing on Patrick Stump's voice.

I walked out of my house for the last time, taking dad's letter with me. I held it tight in my hand, making sure not to lose it.

Even if I couldn't understand what they were saying, you can kind of tell from the way they sang. That's what I loved about music: language wasn't a barrier when it came to musical stuff.

I shuffled my songs in frustration until one of my favourite Fall Out Boy songs played, as I listened to it, despite it making me feel sad, for some reason. It just had a upsetting vibe- nonetheless, I loved the song.

Sometimes, before it gets better,
The darkness gets bigger
The person that you'd take a bullet for, is behind the trigger...
Oh, we're fading fast,
I miss missing you, now and then~

The words really stood out to me on that one. The person that I 'would take a bullet for' had already taken one for himself, meaning that he was behind the trigger for himself. I hoped that this summer camp thing would make me feel better, just like music did.

I walked down to the train station,  looking at the timetable for when the next train was coming. I couldn't be wasting time walking to the airport, plus, it would take me a million years; it was too far to go by foot.

If heaven's grief brings hell's rain,
Then, I'll trade all my tomorrows, for just one yesterday...
(I know I'm bad news)
For just one yesterday....
(I saved it up for you)

I wish I could go back.
I wish I could trade tomorrows.
I wish I could have my 'one yesterday' back.

Back to when dad was still alive. Is this really a good idea? I asked myself as I hopped onto the train carriage, my bag slung around my shoulder loosely.

I hope this works.
