Wow I don't know what to say,Is he here to take me hostage for the other merman!!?! I thought thinking with a very scared face. Josh said "hey calm down,don't worry I actually live in the Caribbean seas so what now are we still friends"? He said while sticking his hand out"Are you kidding .. Of course you dummy" I said ignoring his hand and giving him a big hug."So,should we get to the football coach before we get in trouble" I just stared at him for a second before realization came onto my face"OH my gosh come on"!.
We got out of the bleachers and out to the field just in time "Get in a circle maggots"Mr,Jefferson said I dont get it why is he calling us maggots when where not?? (A/N oh sapphire still got to learn slang 😂😂)
"Today we have 2 newbies hey state your name and position you want to play". Uh oh we never got around to it "hi I'm josh and Im trying out for wide receiver" wow he had no problem telling his position " what about you"

Another time well anywho one of my friends heard of it while taking a swim from a human and we just played football with a sea-clam and i was always the best on the team so why not right?
"Ok,now try outs now if you don't have the guts to play on this field leave now" no one left "ok now start"

Yay!we made the team and right now me and josh are looking around town trying to find something to do."hey,sapphire do you like singing?"
Right there my heart stoped.I absolutely love singing,it was always one of my hobbies back home since I had nothing else to do and it would calm me.Home."yes I really do love singing,why what did you have in mind?"
   Then next thing you know we are standing in front of a building that says " karaoke".
"Wow josh i love this..uh...building you took me too"
  "Oh hush up i know you will love it come on".
Josh grabs my hand and drags me into the place.We go inside a room and inside is microphones,drums,a gutairs,and a playlist.
"So here you sing,come on we can sing a duet what do you say"
  "Well i say yes" Josh rolls his and starts a song.We walk up to the microphones and the song starts.

well I wonder what were doning here.
"Hey sapph what are we doing here?"

"What else do you think were here for to swim"

WHAT!!!!! Is she crazy,there are still mermen out there trying to take over her kingdom.Ok josh just stay 😎 cool.

"Umm I dont think thats a good idea" I say with nervousness in my voice.

"Come on it will be fine,besides when was the last time you been in the water?"

Sapphires POV

Well that was the most fun I ever had.Anyway w its 10:48pm right now so josh has to get going.
  "Ok sapphire ita getting late and i have to go home want me to walk you to yours?"
  Oh shoot,i dont have anywhere to sleep but that lost & found bin.
   "Actually i dont live in a home hahaha"

"What!! Then where do you sleep" josh asked me worridly
  "In a lost and found bin"I reply embarrassed and sadly

"Well you cant sleep here so why not sneek into my house"
       No i cant impose on him like this.
"No its ok i will find a place tomarrow,i hope" i mumble the last part so he cant hear
   "Well ok" he said not too convinced but just let it go.
"See you tomorrow" i say which he says back the same thing.
  I walk to the bin and get in.While dozing off to sleep i could feel silent tears going down my face.My last thought was "i miss home"
