Sometimes I wonder, what's wrong with this world?
There's too much new and not enough old.
Whatever happened too good old class?
Now it's all about "swag" and clothes that look like trash.
Belly shirts and butt shorts are the new "in".
While anything tasteful is considered a sin.
Music is dirty and television has turned to mush.
What was wrong with the Beatles and the Brady Bunch?
It's hard to find people that truly care.
About appropriate demeanor and not falling into despair.
What kind of example are people setting?
What kind of ideas are children getting?
Do we as a culture want to be known, as trashy people addicted to their phones?
Either all of this is normal and I'm just crazy or society has a real problem maybe just maybe.
So all of you fellow old souls take my advice, don't let everyone else's behavior suffice.
Be the shining light in your generation. And make a change for the better all across the nation.
