As I sat down and waited for my friends to arrive I saw the twins walk into my room.
"Hey guys,I forgot to tell you but today me and the squad are going to Lake shore,wanna come?"
"Sorry Jordyn,we're going to a football game"
"Oh okay,hope you have fun"
The twins walked out of my room and I still sat waiting for everyone.Five minutes later Weston comes yelling "Harambe!".The first thing that comes to my mind is "What the hell?!"I then see Blake and Loren walk in along the others and Mario trailing behind.
"Okay are we all ready to go?" All of their heads bobble so I took it as a "yes." I start for the stairs and wait for the rest to meet me at the bottom.I give my family a hug and grab my keys off the counter,walking out the door.I unlock the car and put all the bags and coolers we have in making sure I leave room for Janet's stuff.Once everything is packed and ready to go I start up the car and slowly drive out the driveway.
"Okay guys well I invited one of my best friends,is that okay?"
"Yeah I mean your friends or ours, right"
I smile at their response and drive down the neighborhood I know so well.I stop at a familiar pink house and get out so I can get her.Since I've know Janet since we were at 4,I just walked in her house stopping to see if her mom was home spotting her in the kitchen.
"Hola Señorita"
"Ahh Hola Jordyn,what brought you here?"
"I just came to get Janet so we can go"
"Oh okay go ahead"
I drag across the carpet leading to her room and stop for my signature 4 knock on her door before walking in.
"Hey girl,hey!"
"Ughh Jordyn omg hi!"
"I missed you so much,I met some new friends and I just kinda forgot about you"
"Yeah that's okay but I was hanging with David and Ernie and the rest so same"

"Oh okay well lets go im ready to swim"

We exit the house,stopping to say bye to her mom and then out to the car.

"Okay guys this is Janet my sister from another mister and shes going to be coming with us on our trip"

The car filled with sounds of everyone saying "hi"

I start the car back up and back up out of her drive way.I plug in my aux cord and start playing my whole playlist that starts with twenty one pilots which is like my all time favorite band besides Arctic Monkeys.I just randomly start dancing in my seat trying not to swerve into another lane.In the mirror I see everybody else joining along and soon enough we're screaming song lyrics at the top of our heads.

Its now been an hour since we started the trip and were just now pulling up at the camp site.Nobody is awake and Mario is sitting here with his hand on my thigh with his head on the rest.I park in a space near the front office and I run inside o check us into our cabins.I run back to my car and open the trunk,I then got the idea to wake everyone up by putting this sound effect on that makes it sound like someone got shot.

Everyone jumps up or pops out of their seat to look around.

"Guys come on we're here so lets go to our cabin"

I grab my bags and wait for everyone else to grab theirs.Once everybody has their bags,we walk to our cabin and setting our things down.I immediately run upstairs to choose a room which happened to be the third room.I guess Mario wanted to share a room because he set his bag down on the bed right beside mine.

"Hey beautiful"

"Hey"

"So how was the drive because i know that I was definitely asleep"

"It was good,thank you and how was your dream"

"It was good because you were in it"

I smile and begin unpacking my stuff.Soon after I finish I walk outside of my room and I go down to the living room.As I make my way down to the few last couple of steps I see the whole group except for Ariel,Blake,and Nick.

"What do you guys wanna do later on"

"Umm what about a bonfire by the lake"

I honestly thought that the bonfire would be so cool and plus I haven't done a bonfire in so long.

"Okay that could work,y'all up for some fire"

"yeah,okay cool,sure"

"We can do it at around 7 or 8 so im going to take a nap peoples bye"

I run back up the stairs and lay down on the blue patterned duvet,placing my hand under my head and slowly closing my eyes and filling them with dreams.
