Chapter Four-you think so?

It's been a week since I got suspended and today Niall is off because he over slept,only Niall though I swear "Jace you'll scare him don't"dad tells me as I walk into his room with two pans "it'll be funny just record it"I tell him he nods holding my phone it was his idea in the first place I don't see why he's so worried "one,two,three"I whisper and then bang the pans together as loud as I can right next to Niall he sits up and then glares at me making me laugh "Jace"he exclaims and then pulls me down onto the bed "you gave me a heart attack"he exclaims making me laugh "sorry about it"I say in a funny accent making him shake his head "well Niall get dressed your both coming to work"Dad tells us I smile any other teenager/kid would probably groan but dads job is so much fun you meet a new celebrity every time you go "but don't I have school?"Niall asks both of us shaking our heads "you slept in"Dad informs Niall before dragging me out

We walk into Dads work building with our jaws open,this place is amazing "good morning Zayn"some lady says as she comes over to us passing Dad some papers and a coffee "good morning Katy"he smiles back me and Niall wave and Katy just smiles "oh this is Niall and Jace"dad introduces us before we walk away we walk down a hallway seeing Ed Sheeran which is always amazing,we then arrive at a black door "did you get a new office?"Niall asks Dad who just nods as he walks through and for some reason mum is sitting in his chair behind his desk on his laptop "where's Josh?"Dad asks making mum jump "oh he's with the other kids with Lou"mum tells him and going back to the Apple Mac "have you seen Liam,Louis or Harry?"Dad asks mum she nods "they'll be here any minute now"she tells him I look at Niall both of us looking excited,Liam,Louis and Harry are like our uncles and dads best friends "Jesy or Leigh?"he asks mum nods I get even more excited there like our aunties and Mums best friends,I'm actually really close to Leigh and Louis
"Now you two sit there and stay there okay?"Dad asks pointing to the couch we both nod and go sit down I go on my phone and onto Instagram smiling when I see Isabela has posted

"I'm sure she doesn't mean it like that"Niall says I shake my head I know she does she's trying to make me jealous I know she is and Owen posting something with her was her perfect excuse "she will mean it like that Niall she said she wants a break from me and she just posted something with me so I won't be so bothered with the Owen thing"I sigh standing up and going over to mum I know I shouldn't because she's working but I need her "mum"I mutter she looks up from the Apple Mac and smiles "what's up bug?"she asks I look down and sigh "I think Bela wants to break up with me"I mutter she sighs pulling me into her lap,usually I'd probably stand up and be embarrassed but sometimes you need to just sit with your mum and just hug even if it isn't 'manly' "I'm sure she doesn't"she whispers rubbing my back "you think so?"I ask her she nods "I seen her post of you and her and I seen the Owen one I think she's just confused"she tells me I nod hugging her and then smile "thanks mum"I smile kissing her cheek and then stand up going back over to Niall "mummy's boy"Niall whispers poking my arm I roll my eyes "I know"I smile and then go back to my phone
