Lazonite (A Steven Universe Alternate story)

First encounters

Boom! The Homeworld ship had landed, prepared to once again overrule the earth colony. Of the hundreds of gems on the ship was Amazonite. She was short, green and strong. In recent time the gems on Homeworld have been downgraded to weaker, smaller gems. However each one came with a large amount of replicas. Amazonite was different. She was meant to be a Peridot but with the lack of resources she turned herself into a rare Amazonite gem.

Amazonite stepped off the ship. Her eyes widened with awe, there in front of her was the galaxy warp. She approached the singular broken warp pad. "This one led to Homeworld" yelled a ruby solider. Their leader Idocrase stood on top of the ship and paired gems up. Amazonite was paired up with a common ruby. They were sent to a warp pad each and were assigned the task of finding the rebels who had once shamed Homeworld. Amazonite and the ruby went to the warp pad and prepared to warp to the Crystal Temple. "3, 2, 1 WARP" yelled Idocrase.

POOF! Amazonite had arrived at the Crystal Temple but to her surprise there was a gem there. She looked to her assigned ruby but she was charging towards the unknown gem. The gem whipped out a bat-like weapon and hit the ruby on the head, forcing it to retreat to its gem. The unknown gem bubbled it and sent it away. The gem looked at Amazonite, who was terrified about what this gem might do. Amazonite stood tall, despite her height and prepared for battle.

The gem walked towards her and dropped his weapon. "Please don't hurt me, I am only here to protect the earth, I mean no trouble, please I have been here only for so many years" cried out the gem. "My name is Lazurite, I am all that's left of the rebellion, the others all moved to another place, just don't hurt me" continued Lazurite.

"Ok I won't hurt you" said Amazonite with sympathy for the gem. He was only as small as her. She helped him up and looked at him. Lazurite was blue, handsome, small and shy. Amazonite sat down on one of the nearby chairs. "Who are you exactly, why are you here, where did you come from?" asked Amazonite.

"I am Lazurite, I am a crystal gem, I came from the kindergarten long ago but I wondered off and was alone in the woods for a while until I found a warp pad, I warped to this place and met a gem by the name of Steven, he told me that this earth was everything before leaving to live in a place called Australia" explained Lazurite.

"so you have been here for a long time, well my job is to catch any rebels and shatter them, but I think to shatter someone is wrong I will let you go, I do like this planet very much" said Amazonite. She walked into the warp pad and warped back to the galaxy warp.

But what Amazonite didn't know was that she was being watched, by the diamonds!

To clarify this is a fan made story. It has nothing to do with the plot to Steven Universe!!!!!
