The day came when we went to see the legendary lights. My daughter and I fidgeted so much that my husband challenged us to not move. We were about to accept the challenge, when my daughter gasped and pointed at the sky. I looked where she pointed and saw the lights again. The lights did not disappoint to make me gasp in wonder, even though I have seen the lights before when I was a child. I looked at my daughter, but my daughter’s eyes were still glued to the sky willing the lights to not to go out and disappear.
