I just picked up my baby from his house, we are headed to a Pool Party in my neighborhood. I'm from the Southside of Chicago and he is from the Northside of Chicago, we are from two different worlds and that scares me cause I don't want him be afraid of where I'm from. As we were driving Manny told me about the meeting he had with his father earlier, and he told he gave up his job for me. I was shocked, happy, and upset at the same time, I didn't want to turn him against his family. I told him he should have just left me and kept the job, even though I wouldn't want that to happen I'm just don't want to be a burden to him. He said he won't trade me for anything in this whole world and no money or job is more important than me, he said I'm the missing piece to complete his life. It's just something about Manny that makes him different than every other guy I dated, it has nothing to do with his background it's the fact that I can tell he means what he says not with my mind but my heart. He said I would rather be poor with you beside me than rich and without you, then we kissed. I was like did your auntie  she that😂 he said no did your brother😂 I punched him in his arm and headed to the party.

We arrived to the house were the party was being held, I got out and opened Letty's door. She introduces me to everyone as we made  our way to the backyard, where we met up with Asian, Cuban, and Letty's brothers. Durk looked at me and said who invited this buster to the party, and then 3 seconds later he said nahh I'm kidding what's up kid😂 I was surprised and happy at the same time I think they vibin with me now, after that we went to dance and Herbo said keep those hands where I can see them. The girls were inside the house while the guts and I were outside, Durk was smoking a blunt and they were passing it around and it came my way. I didn't know whether I said hit it or not, so I just hit it and tried not to make it seem like it was my first time. Durk said you do know you got to let the smoke out your mouth kid, Bibby and Herbo started laughing. Everything was going good until shots rang out, I could feel my heart jump out of my chest as I ducked behind the grill. I watched has Durk,Herbo, and Bibby shooting  back, then Letty even started shooting at the car driving by. After everything died down I went to see if Letty was ok and she was thank God no one was hurt. Durk know who shoot at us it was Montanna and his boys, Letty said I thought I told his little thot if he messes with my family and me he's going to need a body bag and she said I guess he got his bag ready. Letty and I headed to her place after the party. We got inside the house and she showed me to my room down the hall from hers , I respect her and I will do what ever to make her comfortable and happy. She kissed my good night then walked to her room, today was great even though I could have got shot I would take a bullet for Letty.
