Maven, a blind girl, she had no where to go.... No where to live.... Out on the streets, like a miserable nothing... Beaten by her father last and then thrown out... Alone....

I flew over a small town, only to see a small human child... Shivering. I land to inspect the human, my optics widen at the marks on her neck.
"She's been beaten... Like I from 'lord' Megatron...."
Starscream cringes from the memory's...

Starscream walks up to the human, his peds thumping against the cement floor beneath a bridge.
"Human... Why are you alone..."
Maven twitches and looks around
"Where are you..? I cannot see..."
Starscream notices her eyes and frowns
"Your human optics have been offlined..?"
"Optics..?"
Starscream shakes his head
"What is your designation, Human?"
'My... Designation?' Maven thought.
"Maven..."
Starscream nods picking her up
"So 'Maven', would you like to be with me..? I... Could try and fix your human 'Eyes'"
Maven nods slowly and grabs his digit for support. She thinks for a moment and hesitatingly asks
"What is your name..?"
