Harry's POV

As we walked outside, I found myself not being able to keep my eyes off of Ashton. Everything about her intrigued me.

"Hey Haz, you got some drool there on your chin, mate." Zayn whispered, winking and running over to Liam.

My hand flew to my mouth, and I glared at him, rubbing my chin with my hand. Little shit.

We all spread out in the yard and began throwing the football around. Louis was standing closest to me and started talking to me about Eleanor. They had been dating for almost two years, and the boy was head over heals for her. Every time he talked about her he became more animated, and there was a spark in his eyes. I was happy for him.

While listening to Louis, my eyes travelled over to Ashton who had just thrown the ball to Liam. Niall then walked closer to her, talking quietly and smiling. She smirked and rolled her eyes, saying something back to him. He continued talking, getting closer to where she stood. Niall then reached out and squeezed her upper arm before stepping back and looking impressed.

Nope nope nope. None of that.

Her eyes widened and she laughed loudly at what he had said. He laughed with her and she shoved him playfully.

Liam threw the ball to me next and I immediately threw it to Niall. He caught it at the last minute but it hit his chest with a thud.

"My bad!" I called over to him, smiling innocently and holding my hands up, shrugging my shoulders.

Ashton's POV

"So I've been thinking..." Niall said smiling, walking towards me running his hands through his blonde hair.

"Oh goodness... And what have you been thinking?" I lifted one of my eyebrows, studying him as he approached me.

"You can throw better than everyone here, including me. Which you know, isn't saying much given that we don't actually play. But you just happen to throw better than the entire football team at school..." He continued, walking closer to me, "Given this information, I propose that you try out for the team."

"You think?" I questioned, pretending to ponder his idea.

"Oh yea. I mean... Check out these guns!" He said, squeezing my upper arm.

My eyebrows shot up and I laughed. And I mean I really laughed, hard. I quickly shoved his shoulder, making him laugh along with me. His bright blue eyes were shining, and his pearly whites were in full view as he laughed.

We were interrupted suddenly when the ball flew into Niall's chest, making him let out a huff.

"My bad!" Harry called over to Niall, smiling and shrugging innocently. The little shit did it on purpose... But why?...

Niall's face went red, but he quickly tried to cover it up by laughing and throwing the football back to Harry. Poor kid.

"Damn, Styles! You really can't throw a football can you?" I exclaimed in disbelief, shaking my head and crossing my arms.

Now it was Harry's turn to blush, and let me just tell you. His face was FLAMING red.

The boys around me burst into laughter, including Niall. I made eye contact with Niall and gave him a quick wink and he smiled at me. He's so adorable...

Harry regained himself and shook his head at me, smirking and showing a big dimple in his cheek.

"You're never going to let me live that down, are you?" He asked, fake pouting and putting his hand over his heart.
