Tip #1 Getting Fit And Healthy

Now getting fit is hard and getting healthy is harder because you have already stick to the way you eat for many years or months so but anyways here are a few tips from me sharon xx

TIP 1 Exercise
This is probably the most CommOn one but still this is really important I recommend this a lot the most effective exercises are running, cycling, dancing etc
Also I great tip on this is to have your own schedule when exerting different ones and also goals these will motivate you a lot I am right now doing my this

TIP 2 Eating
Now eating healthy is probably like the most effective thing to get for as well, I am not saying cut out junk food altogether I no that is hard but I great thing is to minimise the amount you eat you will see a total difference after you have done this

TIP 3 water
Drinking water doesn't sound like it would work right? But no your wrong, water gas a great transformation on you especially if your older and you want to look fresh you gotta drink some water

Do those are my tips that I think could work so yeah
