•Present Time•
~Savanah's POV~
"Omg! This is so cute!," Emily screeched in my ear while holding up a white mini skirt.
"Yeah, for a stripper!" She rolled her eyes at my remark.
"You don't know your beautiful-" Emily took her phone out of her pocket.
"Liam," she said with the biggest grin on her face. She has such a big crush on him. Ever since they met. But Liam's too blind to see it. She walked off for some privacy leaving me alone to myself.
I started to look around when I noticed a boy next to the dressing room staring at me. I kept glancing at him and he wouldn't stop. He was checking me out! I turned my body facing him and he winked at me. Ew! I rolled my eyes and went to find Emily.
She was standing by the salad bar. Of corse. She's always watched what she eats. I walked over to her and she was ordering food.
"Guess what!" She basically screamed jumping up and down.
"What?" I chuckled at her cheekiness.
"One Direction coming to California this weekend! And Liam gave us front row tickets!" I faked a smile. Joining her excitement. Don't get me wrong I love them but it just hurts seeing him... I can never forgive him for what he did. And the worst part is I started to fall for him. Yep you heard me I was falling for my best friend Louis Tomlinson. I haven't talked to him since the day he left. Liam talks to Emily almost everyday. But Louis hasn't even talked to me in three years! I texted, called, and skyped him a dozen times. He never answered.
I started to feel a tear fall at the memory of the day him and Liam left for X-Factor.
•Three Years Ago•
I was laying on my bed listening to music when heard a knock on my bedroom door.
"Come in!," The door opens and Louis, my best friend, pops through the door.
"Hey," I said as he took a seat on my bed.
"Hey.. I have some news," he sounded sad.
"What is it Louis?," I scooted closer to him.
"I'm going to try out for the x-factor tomorrow morning."
What? Why would he be sad about that?
"Louis that's great!," I jumped on him wrapping my arms around him. He's always wanted to be a singer. Him and Liam were the best at our school.
"Savanah. If I make it, I won't see you for a while," he said looking at the floor.
"Louis you've wanted this for as long as I can remember. Don't worry about me," he smiled weakly at me and we just layed there for a while when I started to think, after tomorrow everything will change, I won't have him to comfort and protect me. The house will definitely be quieter. He won't be here to have fun with all the time. I heard a whimper and I realized I was crying. I felt two arms wrap around me and pull me close while I just cried into his chest. Then I heard Louis sing to me to calm me down. I felt my eyes get tired and soon darkness consumed me.
I woke up to those familiar arms around me and I smiled. I fluttered my eyes open and Louis' face was inches from mine. I felt happy until I remembered he was leaving me soon. But I wasn't going to cry. He started to stir and I saw those beautiful grey eyes peel open. He smiled and got up.
"I'm going to take a shower," he said before getting up and walking into my bathroom. I just lay there, thinking. Then I heard the door open and Louis come out with just a towel wrapped around his waist. I've seen Louis shirtless enough to get used to him, but let me tell you he is absolutely gorgeous! He took some clothes from his drawer in my dresser. He basically lives here. He quickly changed and sat next to me.
"Come on let's get breakfast," he says extending his hand for me to take.
•2 hours later•
We were standing outside watching as Louis and Liam put their stuff in the car getting ready to leave. I could tell Emily was about to cry. I know she was falling for Liam. While Liam and Emily were saying their goodbyes, Louis walked up to me and I engulfed him in my arms him doing the same. I felt tears run down my cheeks. He pulled away and wiped the tears before they could fall.
"I love you," he said before smashing his lips on mine molding together like puzzle prices. I felt butterflies in my belly and I swear it was perfect. We pulled away and he whispered goodbye before getting in the car and looking at me one last time and driving away. Little did I know that would be the last time I see him.
•Back to present time•
"Savanah.... Savanah!," I heard Emily yell waving her hand infront of my face.
"Sorry, spaced out," I said smiling at her.
"Anyway..I set you up with someone tonight!," She said elbowing me and wiggling her eyebrows.
"You what!?," I yelled furious. I hate when she does this! I don't want to go on dates. I just don't want to be in a relationship.
"Please it's only one night! Go have fun! Besides he's super cute," I sighed frustrated. She gave me puppy dog eyes. Ugh! She knows I can't say no to those!
"Fine," I groaned.She squealed.
"You won't regret it," she said before going back to her food. Sure I won't.. But I knew that I could never have feelings for anyone because I'm still in love with a jerk named Louis Tomlinson.
