I had a crush on Sarah for three antagonizing years. She was the most beautiful girl in our town. One of the only girls that were going to do something with their life. She had a chance.

I was yanked back in to reality by my friend Cory. "What's the matter man?" I was in a daze. Cory gave me a look. I realized I was totally soaked and in the center of attention, which I hated. My face was burning and Cory chuckled at me. "You could, for example, get me some paper towels instead of laughing at me" I huffed at him. He calmed down and then a whole new wave of laughter hit him. I rolled my eyes and made my way to the bathroom to clean myself up.
