Dark's POV

I was only 8 years old when we visited the Kouka Kingdome

I met princess Yona I know that she's pretty spoiled but there is something that I like about her

She didn't know what her mother looks like so she only cling to her father King II

Like me I don't know who my father is/what he looked like but the difference is that my mom was so scary unlike King II but my mother has a kind heart on the inside

That's why she was always betrayed by her comrades

Even though still she never badmouthed them,

She always tells me that "they have their own reasons why they have to left me so there's no need to be angry and take revenge" and after that she would always put a smile on her face

I was so sad that my mother was always hurt but I would always naturally smile to my mother

One day in our village that is near the water was washed out I survived because my mother helped me too but I never thought that there were asassins coming after us and my mother hid me behind the woods

"We need to kill you Chrystella for taking our leader from us" one of the men said

"How many times do I have to tell you??!!!😠" my mother said annoyingly
"That Devin choose me on his own will and followed me to my village!!"

"Where is he now?" This cause my mother's expression to change and said "He's no longer living in this world" my mother had a sad expression on her face

"WHAT??!!!" The men angrily shout and they all fighted with mom

The last person was the one who mom talked to,they fought sword to sword
I was so scared "Mo-...mom"

My mother looked at me and the man stabbed her at the back I was shocked with my eyes wide open but covered my mouth so I won't make any sound

The man was going to left but before he could do it I already took my mother's daggers around her waist and hit the man straight on the head

"Naty darling... Don't... Ever... Take... Revenge... To ...them... Cause... You will... Only......suffer and... Mom... Only wants... You to...be hap-py and... Lo-loves.... Yo-you......."then mom closed her eyes

"no...No...Nooo...NNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!" UGHHH why does it hurts so much

Mom is this what you felt when the comrades you love so much left you???

"MOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!" I kept crying after awhile and then buried my mom's body on my village that was washed out... Nothing was left...

Everything disappeared that day

Mom, my friends, all of them... Gone

"I'm so sorry because I'm so weak that I couldn't protect you all" I was facing the burried bodies while I kept crying...

After that day I always cried silently at midnight and have the fear of waves...

After a few years I turned 19 there was an invitation t from King II for the birthday Of Yona or princess Yona

"Yes I will go to the kingdome,I only need to give this onvitation right?" Holding the invitation while asking the messenger
"Ye--yes" the mesenger nodded furiously

I heard the messenger said "How did the King II found a fine lady like her in this place?" Ooh

I live in a poor area around the wind tribe,they don't usually know me because I don't go out the house too much

The telephone rang and I answered "Yes, this is Dark speaking what can I do to you?"

"Dark it's grandpa"

grandpa is the head of wind tribe even though were not related he took he as if his own grand daughter, he even suggested for me to stay at their house but I rejected so he gave me a house near the wind tribe

And I happily accepted

"Yes? Grandpa"
"Ohh I like the way you call me grandpa unlike Hak that only calls me an old man" he said sadly

"Oh! The Hak that you're talking about"

"Yeah so disappionting that you didn't get to meet him because he was chosen to be the personal guard of Princess Yona"

I was shocked... Guess we are all conected hhmm...

"Don't worry grandpa sooner or later I'm gonna meet the Hak that you're talking about"

"What, How?"
"That's a secret" I giggled
"Well bye grandpa and I'm gonna leave this village soon cause I have a party to go to"
"Okay but always remember that you are always welcome to come back
