You and Dan just came from a fancy restaurant and now you two are walking hand in hand out in the cold November night.
A week ago, after months of hoping and desperately wanting to talk to him, you finally gained the courage to. You just couldn't stop thinking about the brown-haired boy with the fringe in your class. You immediately thought he was cute once you walked in and sat near him. Sometimes, you would catch yourself staring at his dimple. Or, get lost in his eyes. Or even the way he talked. You were just crazy about this boy. And then, you finally talked to him and it turned out, you both like the same things. But what drove you even crazier was when he admitted that he had a crush on you as well.
And now, you two are on your very first date.
You started to shiver as the night passed. Dan noticed and let go of your hand. "Here, you can wear my coat." He shrugged his coat off and wrapped it around your shoulders.
"Thanks," you replied. You took his hand and you two continued walking. "Thanks for tonight, by the way."
"No problem. I had fun!" he said. You two stopped walking and Dan turned to face you. "I really thought you were gonna say no when I asked you to go on a date. I was terrified." He blushed.
He was so cute. You would never say to no to him. You looked up and met his gaze. He then started to lean in and your lips met him halfway. It was a short and sweet kiss, but it felt like a lifetime. You two pulled away with smiles on your faces. "I really like you, Y/N," he said.
"I really like you too, Dan." Then, as you two were about to kiss again, rain poured. In a matter of seconds, you two were soaking wet. "I love the rain!" You exclaimed.
"Let's go then!" Dan grabbed your hands and the two of you ran to the empty street. He lifted you by the waist and spun you around. The two of you were laughing and having the time of your lives. Then you took both his hands and he spun you while you ran around him.
Then as he spun you one last time, you accidentally hit a pole and this caused you to forget about what happened that entire night.
