CH. 11

(Y/n) POV

I woke up and was about to continue looking through my stuff but I felt someone wrap their arm around my neck and it was Natsu 

"Hey (Y/n), glad to see your up, Erza beat that kid with that over sized scythe" 

"great" I said yawning a little bit 

"We're just waiting for the finale to be announced, apparently it's different this year" Lucy said and I shrugged. The pumpkin headed mascot guy came out onto the field and said 

"Alright everyone, that concludes the matches and now it's time for the finale" and everyone in the stadium started cheering and clapping 

"As I'm sure you've heard this years end game will be different from the last one, this time the top three team swill be sending out three members to represent them so, would Fairy Tail, Sabertooth, and Desolate Star please send out their representatives!" and everyone started cheering and clapping again 

"So, who's going out?" I asked and Makarov said 

"Why, you three of course" he said looking at me 

"What?" I asked and Natsu let go of me 

"You three will be representing us" he said and Amelia and Ivan nodded 

"Come on, we can win" Amelia said and Ivan nodded 

"Let's show these fools how's it's done" and I nodded 

"Fine,let's go" and we left with everyone wishing us good luck. We were in the prep area and I was loading my weapons while the other two were waiting for me outside 

"that should do it" I said taking out zhalo supercell, I would use The Last Word, but, it's terrible at killing multiple enemies in the long run, zhalo is just better and it'll charge my super faster (seriously though, don't use the last word in PvE, it's a PvP hand cannon, not PvE, just offering advice). I put it on my back and dusted off my helmet when I heard "Hey (Y/n)" and I looked over and saw Lucy standing next to me 

"Hey Lucy" I said getting up and making sure Black Spindle was ready to go. Once I finished that she said 

"I just wanted to make sure your fine" 

"Yeah, I'm good" I said grabbing my helmet. Lucy started fidgeting around and I was about to leave but she grabbed my shoulder 

"Hold on for a second" 

"Ye-" and she cut me off by pressing our lips together. My eyes went wide while hers shut and both our faces turned bright red. Lucy shut her eyes and wrapped her arms around my neck while I eventually shut my own eyes and I put my hands on her waist. We parted a few moments later and Lucy turned around and said 

"Just don't die" and she went back up. I put my helmet on and pulled up my hood and said 

"I won't" and I went outside to join my teammates. The mascot guy then said 

"this years finale is similar to pandemonium, but everything has been increased is size, now instead of 100 monster, there's now 500 with one extra as the last monster, there are five checkpoints to reach and depending on how fast you get there, and if there's anything left standing, points will be awarded, and if a group finishes the final monster they automatically win the games, but that won't be easy, the monster is SS class" and large gate like object came out of it and it was fifty feet tall 

"we'll go in order of placement of the teams, first up is Fairy Tail" he said and we stepped into the gate. We were then transported somewhere else and I looked over the edge of our platform and it was like a abyss below
