Melodys pov
Beep, beep, beep.
My groggy eyes open and I reach for the phone, sitting up. I glance at the time.
5:55.
"Ugh." The outake of break is a little rough because of the sleep that coats it. I sit there for a moment and just try to wake up. Finally, I force myself to move and flip on the light. It blinds me a little but I still somehow manage to open her door and step into the dark hallway. Walking into the bathroom I run my fingers through my collar bone length and slightly dirty blonde hair wishing it was longer. I take a quick, 15 minute shower and makes my way back to my room to get dressed.
Two minutes after I pull on skinny jeans, a nice olive green shirt, and a gold heart necklace I shoot out a text to my friends.
Good morning!(:
The first reply I get is from Annabelle.

Annabelle's pov
"Morning boo:)" I replied to Mel's text. I was in the bathroom brushing my hair out. The long brown waves were a bit tangled. and it was the first day.
"ANNABELLE HOPE!" I heard my moms severe voice call up. I turned my body, sluggishly towards the door, where I knew she would be in 30 seconds flat.
"What?" My voice was tired and worn.
"Walk the dogs before you leave." I love my dogs to death but, I don't know if I'll have time too.
"Yes ma'am" I say and turn back to the mirror whispering "Damned if I don't, damned if I do."
I send out a text to Sephora, one of the bests 'If I'm not at the bus stop in time, tell the bus driver to wait a minute. Pllleaaasee?(:"

Sephora's pov
My phone buzzes. I pick it up and give a little sigh. It's Annabelle. Couldn't her parents just leave her alone?
If I'm not at the bus stop in time, tell the bus driver to wait a minute. Pllleaaasee?(:
I send the short reply of "K" and start brushing a bit of pink into the bangs of my blond hair. By the time I'm done I have another text from Annie.
Nevermind. I'll walk the dogs now. It's the first day and I can't miss out on the bus ride. Especially the hobos.
I chuckle and set my phone down. Time to finish getting ready.

Melody, Sephora, and Annabelle are ready for the first day. The others are a little reluctant, dealing with their own drama. But at exactly 6:50 the other five of the notebook girls recieved a text from Scarlett.
Guess what? Nobody replied. They would find out at school.
And at that moment, all 6 of the notebook girls pulled on their Signature converse and started walking down the dark roads to the end of each of their streets.
