So once you got your weapon in your hand you ether aim at the head or neck. Another way is if you are having trouble like if you are in a tight space you take your knife, slice your hand, and smear your blood on the wall, then a Z will come up trying to lick it off when that is the time when you take your knife and stab it in its head.
