I thought about it and I've decided to update it.
The idea is that Erza has read the letter and asked her friend (not sure who yet) what had happened to her.
They say something along the lines of "she's in the hospital for overdosing"
Erza then goes to the hospital and it unfolds from their.
(I'm not romanticize suicide btw i wrote this when someone in my tried to commit. They're okay now)
