Prologue-
There is a place between the reality we know, and what is beyond the grasp of our imagination. This place is almost an inverse of the universe that is home to most people. This place however, is a seperate universe in itself, with inhabitants just like ours. Such a place is nightmarish to those who are unaware of it's existence. The human mind is fragile, in that it fears what it cannot understand. This generates the fear, a powerful emotion that has the ability to drive one to utter insanity, trapping them within their own mind, leaving them to a fate worse than death...
There are many portals... loopholes in the system of life... that can cross the gap between the human universe and the Inverted Universe. To humans these are unknown, but among the inhabitants of the Inverted Universe, they are just out of reach. Dark creatures, unimaginable to the simple mind of a human, dedicate their lives to crossing this gap, and many come close, but it always seems just out of their reach. So the balance between the dimensions is maintained, and life goes on. Few in the human world though, are born as what humans call Seers. These seers are not entirely human, they are a glitch in the system of life who have the ability to slip into the Inverse World, most don't have control over this ability however, and many of them go mad with fear, trapped within their own minds forever. Few have ever been strong enough to stand the horrors of the Inverse World, and even fewer have been strong enough to survive the inhabitants...
