As soon as Joker was in the middle of the room, it all stopped for a split second. Everyone in jackets and guns aimed at him motionless. I snuck over to Lee who was curled up behind the bar. "Lee! What's going on?!" My eyes drifted down to see he was holding his stomach.

"No.. No, no, no!! Lee!" I screamed putting pressure where his hand was. His lips dripped blood as his eyes got heavy. "Lee! No, please!" I kept screaming. Joker stood there aiming his gun at the intruders, but looked over at me. I pointed at the gun he was holding and he shook his head.

"Throw me the fucking gun." I growled, tears falling from my eyes. He gave in and slid the gun across the floor to me. I stood up and aimed at all the people who walked in. One by one, their now dead bodies fell like dominos. I walked over to one that was left squirming to his gun as I kicked it away. I placed my heel on the gunshot wound to his shoulder and aimed at his head.

     "Do it, A." He growled.

"Oh, Max. Nice to see you again. Still think I can't shoot?" I stumbled letting the tears flow more.

"I know you can, you were just too slow last time, weren't you?" I put more pressure on his wound and he winced. "By the way, I come with a message before you shoot me."

"Well spit it out. I wanna put a bullet in your fucking head right about now." I spat, putting the barrel to his forehead. Joker came up behind me and held my hand holding the gun, I lightly pushed him off.

"You remember Felix, don't you? Well he wants to meet you. Tonight." He smirked.

"Bullshit. He's been dead for years."

"Dead? HAHAHA! Dry your eyes, woman. He faked it to get away from you!" He laughed, almost as bad as the Joker.

"He claimed he loved me more than anything, why would he do that?"

"Guess you have to meet him to find out." He shrugged. I pulled the gun back and stepped off of him.

     "Where?" I growled.

"The one place he always found you in the middle of the night. His words, not mine." He sat up holding his shoulder. Joker came up behind me again and took the gun slowly.

"Scram before your brains paint the walls." I turned on my heel, walking away towards Lee. "Oh, Adore. You've always been one to threaten."

"The fuck does that mean? Think I won't shoot you again?" I yelled grabbing the gun from Joker and putting it between his eyes. "You wouldn't have the balls."

I pushed him against the wall and shot between his legs, hearing him scream put a smile to my face. "Clearly you don't either, Max."

The room echoed with laughter from the Joker and his men. "Shut up!" I screamed. "Anything else from Felix, Max? Or should I end you right now?"

"He sends his condolences." Max growled in my ear.

"Sweet dreams, asshole." I stepped back and shot right between the eyes, watching his body fall to the ground.

"Sorry about the blood, J." I handed the gun back to him and looked over at Lee. His body limp and motionless.

     I was too late...

Tears rushed to my eyes as I turned away. "Doll.." Joker whispered, stroking my cheek.

"Stay away from me, you know you caused this." I whispered, reaching for my purse. He pushed me down on the counter and leaned over me, his hands pinning my arms above my head. "Watch who you raise your voice to, little girl. All this chit chat is gonna get'cha hurt." He growled, his lips softly grazing mine.

He finally let me go and took his purple coat off, handing it to me. "Its cold." He said as he walked away shirtless. I held it for a second and looked at the gun on the table. I thought about if it was a good idea to take it, but I knew who I was meeting with. I put the coat on and put the gun in the pocket while walking out the door. I noticed there was something else jingling in the pocket when I got outside, so I pulled it out and saw it was the Joker's keys to his purple Lamborghini. I creeped around to it and climbed it, and damn it was nice.

I drove off towards to meeting spot, remembering that day like it just happened. I'll never be able to forget that and it's all my fault. I blame myself until the day I die for loosing her.
