Nicole's POV

When we got to the company John asked if I wanted him to take Savannah to daycare. I ended up taking her  but told him i would meet him in his office. When j got there he was making coffee. He handed me a cup and we sat down at the long meeting table.

"I'm sorry for the way things started out with us." He said.

"I am too. But look what that did for us, you were over Breakfast today." I said laughing. "So I wanted to talk to you about something." He said grabbing my hand.

"What is it?"

"Savannah wants to paint her room pink and have red decorations. Do you kind of I pick her up from daycare today and take her for paint and new bedding and stuff for her room." He asked. Nicole looked unsure.

"You can trust me Nicole I promise." He said and I could tell he truly meant it.

"Ok I guess." I said finally giving in. He was being called into a meeting. He gave me a quick kiss on the cheek and ran out of the office. After replaying what just happened in her head she walked back to her office in shock.

John's POV

It was finally the end of the day. I stopped by Nicole's office to let her know I was heading out with Savannah. 

"Hey! I'm gonna go pick Savannah up from daycare then head to the store to get paint. You can take her tomorrow for bedding and decorations, because I have no style." John says laughing.

"I have a quick meeting then I'll be home to help you." She said. 

I took the elevator down to daycare. The head daycare lady kept checking me out. 

"I'm here to pick Savannah Garcia." I said to her. Savannah came running up to me and gave me a big hug. 

"Where's Mommy?" She asked. That immediately made the lady go away. She stopped looking at me. 

"I'm taking you and we're gonna go get a surprise!"

"I just love surprises!!!" She yelled.

We just arrived at the hardware store. Savannah was very confused.

"Mister John? Why are we here?" She asked with a confused look on her face.

"I guess I can't kept it from you any longer. We're painting your room pink!"

"Yayyyyyyy! Thank you daddy!" She said with a smile but her smile quickly fell. "I mean Mister John. I'm really sorry." She had tears in her eyes. I picked her up.

"Hey it's ok. You can call me daddy if you what. I don't mind. If fact, I would love to be your daddy sweet pea." I said giving her a big hug.

"Thank you mister Jo- I mean daddy." She said with the biggest smile on her face. She hid her face in the crook of my neck.

****At the house****

*Still John's POV*

When I arrived at Nicole's house Savannah ran straight inside. I fallowed her in. "Mommy, Daddy is gonna paint my room pink!" She yelled running up to her room.

"Daddy?" Nicole said looking confused.

"She asked ne today if she could call me daddy. I said it was okay." I responded.

"Are you sure it's ok John?" She asked slowly walking over to me.

"Yes Nicole." She pulled me in for a hug and wrapped her arms around my neck. "Thank you." She mumbled into the crook of my neck.
