Jay could be survived to Alex's gunshot and be really moved out, but Tim didn't show us and pretended Jay is died because he knows that Alex was watched Marble Hornets' videos and if he knew that Jay is alive, he would try again to kill him.
It's something really possible or I just don't want Jay to die?
