Chapter 9

Amara POV

I don't know what I would've done if Kevin killed Jackson. Well I would probably die slowly and painfully because Kevin

would've captured me. I cried for a long time. I sat in Jackson's arms. I closed my eyes and soon fell fast asleep.

When I woke up Jackson rolled over and looked at me. "Jackson if you love me and stay with me you will die like I will.

No matter where I go they will find me but you have a chance to live and be happy. I've never been happy until I met you

but because of that I will let you go anywhere if you want to live." He stared at me like I was crazy. "Amara I love you

more than life itself and I will stop at nothing to protect you." I sighed. "They will stop at nothing to kill me." A tear

rolled down my cheek. Jackson wiped the tear away. I gave him a sad smile. I couldn't imagine my life right now without

him. I probably be dead if it wasn't for him. Jackson got a phone call and left the room. I sat there sadly.

Jackson POV

I got a call from Amara's friends. I walked into another room.

(J=Jackson L=Lillie A=Ava LA=Lauren D=Denali)

J: Hello?

L: Hi is this Jackson

J: yes

A: we were wondering if we could come over

J: of course

LA: how is she?

J: bad really bad

A, L,D,LA: Oh...

J: I've got to go please come over and cheer her up

I hung up and sat next to Amara. She stared out the window. She turned and looked at me. "I got a call from the

authorities while you were on the phone and Kevin was sent to jail." When she said this she smiled truthfully for the first

time that I know of. I looked into her blue eyes. She had hope in her eyes. I heard a knock on the door and I opened it.

Amara POV

I heard a knock on the door and Jackson opened it. Ava, Lauren, Lillie, and Denali appeared. I had the best boyfriend of

all time. All five of them sat with me. I told them everything that has happened since the last time I saw them. We

laughed and had a good time. They decided to spend the night and sleep on the couch. I headed to the bedroom. When I

got to the door I was paralyzed from head to toe and couldn't move at all. I started to fall to the ground. I hit the floor.

Everyone ran over to me.

(J =Jackson A= Ava LA =Lauren D= Denali L=Lillie A= Amara)

J: Amara!!

A: Can you hear me?!

J: she can hear you she's just paralyzed. It will be over in less than two hours.

LA: are you sure she isn't moving

D: Well duh she is paralyzed she can't move......idiot....

L: her arms are shaking

J: She's trying to move

A: I-It h-h-hurts

J: Amara it's ok we are all here for you

The whole room went black. I woke up in my bed. I still couldn't move my legs.
