I ran down the trail trees scrapping down my skin. I could hear him after me. Trying to cage me once again. I twisted I stumbled my leg going out. I laid upon the ground gasping tears rolling down my cheeks.
His laugh vibrated through the air sending me running out through the pain. I screamed as his hand brushed my hair. Red light glowing as the fire spread as if helping him chase me. All of a sudden nothing was under my feet and i fell.
The cliff has no mercy and gulped me down like mushy cornbread. I hit the water pain exploding down my back but at less I was free.
I felt hands strong and warm holding me. Softly swinging me as he walked. I cracked my eyes open th light slightly burning my eyes. I shivered both from the cold and his face. He smiled at me slightly laughing.
He knew that was the left whisp of hope I had. That I couldn't wouldn't run anymore.He knew he owned me. I closed my eyes and gasped. Damn it.
