Chapter 1 "Breathe"

What do you see when you look outside? Let me guess, you see grass, the sun or moon, stars or clouds, cars driving by, butterflies flying or fireflies flying by & maybe people walking by smiling. If you see that, yo....where do you live because I want to live there. Just kidding, you can see that anyway but only few people see what I see. The detail, what life really looks like. When I look outside I see a big alarm clock or a tsunami. What I mean by alarm clock is that life shows you what dreams don't. In your dreams you get that guy or that guy is Prince Charming, your grandma isn't sick anymore, you are getting all A's in your classes, your family isn't falling apart, your grandpa is still alive, your happy and feel loved, but than BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! The alarm goes off and life hits you...you just found out your boyfriend cheated on you, your failing all your classes, your grandmas cancer is at a level four, your family is falling apart, your getting dressed for your grandpas funeral, and you lonely, hated and depressed/sad. Life isn't as easy as you dream it. Life's a roller coaster and your gunna scream when you go down. No one said it was going to be easy but your never alone. "The struggle of life is one of our greatest blessings. It makes us patient, sensitive, and Godlike. It teaches us that although the world is full of suffering, it is also filled of the overcoming of it." What this basically means is your stumbles right now in life are going to make your feel weak but once you overcome those struggles they will be the root of your strength. "If you can take it, you can make it."
I see a tsunami when I look outside because the world makes life look impossible that no matter how much you swim or how high you get, life's going to come crashing down and take you with it. It's going to drown you in all the drugs, addictions, sorrows, pain, and it's going to take away what you care most about. When a tsunami happens it takes everything and I mean everything even your own life. The world is going to take your life and make it however it wants it to but that's if you let it.
Yea, life is hard but no matter what tsunami, storm or whatever you wake up to always know that God has a bigger plan for you and everything happens for a reason. You just have to trust him and he'll make your dreams come true and take you out of the storm, save you from that tsunami. Because nothing is impossible with God. Just trust in him and breathe. After every storm theirs a rainbow.
