You're Beautiful. [Genji x m!reader]

Part 1

  None of the ex-agents of Overwatch ever expected a reunion, mainly because this is what Winston labeled this as. There had been a slight threat of another Omnic Crisis in Ilios, so Winston had gotten Lena to call everyone to meet at a hotel to go undercover for a while as she and Winston went to investigate. How a giant talking gorilla went undercover was a mystery- but that was something you didn't really care about when you found out that your roommate would be Genji Shimada. The green cyborg ninja dude. He's a fucking robot, there's literally no way he could hide his identity. 

Jack made it your task to keep Genji hidden from the public eye- especially any anti-Omnic protestors if there still were any. You couldn't wipe thoughts about him from your head the entire plane ride to Ilios. 

It wasn't a secret that you had a thing for Genji before everyone split up. You two used to have so much fun together when you weren't out battling. He was too innocent to ever process your little crush on him. Even Widow knew and you've hardly spoken to her in the 6 years you were a part of Overwatch. You remember how the cool metal of his suit felt against your skin. You could practically feel the warm glow of the man's suit and the touch of metal fingers running through your hair. 

"Y/N, wake up." You heard as you pressed into the feeling. "Y/N, you've already landed." You jerked up after you felt a pat on your shoulder. You looked up to see none other than your favorite Cyborg companion, Genji Shimada. You sighed, "Sorry, Genji." You could feel him smile behind that mask. 

"Oh, that's very fine, Y/N. Jesse has already tried to wake you up, but he told me you wouldn't budge and asked if I could come get you." He stood on his heels as he spoke, a habit he picked up in the years you were friends. It was cute, especially when he fell down and attempted to play it off as if it never happened. 

"Kids, let's go!" Genji jolted at the shout from outside. You groaned as you stood up and stretched before following Genji out of the plane.
