Yugi's pov
After the meeting Yami had with the king, I followed him to the room we would share while we were here. "Yugi you don't have to stay here the whole time you still have to go back to college." Yami told me looking me in the eyes.
"Yami, you were there for me when I needed you so I'm going to be here with you no matter what anyone says." I replied hugging Yami. He picked me up and put me on his lap as he sat down on the bed.
"You really do love that boy don't you Yami even though he was once human." Came a voice from the direction of the door. I felt Yami's arms tighten around me as we both looked up. In the door frame stood a teen that looked like Yami only with tan skin.
"What do you want Atem?" I heard Yami growl. He never actually acted like this in front of me.
"Come now Yami, would you really hurt me your own twin? Besides, I only came to say I think your mate is really cute." Atem retorted acting appalled at the fact that Yami growled at him.
"I don't care if you are my brother, if you ever even think of touching Yugi I'll kill you. He's mine and mine alone." Yami snapped at him. This is why I let him do what he wants as long as it's not against the law. It would be best if I stay out of this, but maybe I should put an end to the fighting. I tugged on Yami's sleeve trying to tell him to stop. "What is it Yugi? Do you need something?" Yami asked dividing some of his attention to me.
"Can you not have a fight right now? I don't want you to get hurt Love." I whispered in his ear.
"Okay Little One, I won't start a fight for your sake. Atem let's stop this now I don't want to upset of my mate." Yami answered me, while telling his brother to back off using a possessive voice. Yami turned my head towards him and kissed me to prove his point.
"Well since you're probably going to have to start planning your second wedding, though if he gets bored with you or just he wants to try something new he's always welcome in my room." Atem replied while leaving. I feel this will end okay even if it takes a while to get there, and it will have it's up and down.
