Half a rainbow: Written Originally by Jennifer Soh Li Wen, 27th January 2013, Sunday, 6:02 p.m.-6:16 p.m., talking with parents and still on the way home from Penang with a traffic jam
Half a rainbow,
Half my sorrow;
Half you borrow,
Half tomorrow.
I'm going home,
You aren't alone;
No more tone,
We're on our own.
I saw your friend,
I remember his round head;
We stared while I was on a text,
I didn't really smile and walk rushed-ahead.
Goodbye,
Say hi;
Days go by,
Out of sight.
