Lisa's POV
I opened my eyes to see a little light shining through the window, enough to see the whole room. I looked to my left where Harry usually is, he wasn't there. What's the use? He's never going to be there, he hasn't texted or called me since the day he left. Maybe I should just forget about him like he forgot about me.
"Hey Lisa." Dani, my little sister, said walking into my room.
"Hey Dan. What's up?" I asked sitting up.
"Not much. Can I ask you something?" She laid next to me, and looked at me. "I think Harry is still in love with you."
When those words came out of her mouth, I was beyond shocked.
"Why do you think that?" Now I was awfully curious.
"Have you been on his twitter? Mostly all of them are about losing a girl he loved for so long. Lisa, that's you." She explained pulling out her iPhone.
"No it can't be. He doesn't love me anymore." As easy as it was to agree with Dani, I didn't want to because I didn't want to look weak.
"You know, he didn't really leave you."
"What do you mean Dani? Yes he did."
"No Lisa, think about it. He sat at that airport until the last minute waiting for you to get there. He wanted you to beg for him to stay, to show him that you didn't want to lose him for a year. When you just let him go, he did the same. He's hurting, just like you. I know you don't want to admit it, but it's true. You two are both hurting, and you need to fix each other." She then walked out of my room, and I just sat on my bed staring at my bed like she was still sitting there. For a 13 year old whose never been in a relationship, she's pretty darn good at giving me advice.
I was suddenly snapped out of my daze when I heard my familiar ringtone. To be honest, I was really hoping it were Harry, but like always, it wasn't.
"Hello?" I asked into the phone.
"Hey Lise. You busy tonight?" My best friend, Jordan asked.
"No, I'm not doing anything." I answered. Lately I haven't been doing anything the only time I'm out of my house is for church, but that's it.
"Let's go out tonight." Jordan suggested.
"I don't know, I'm not real-"
"Lisa, come on. We need to get your mind off of him." She said.
"That's true, but I just don't want to."
"It's not going to be that bad, just you, me, and a few others going to the beach." She convinced me.
"Fine, but who are the others?"
"These two really hot guys I met at the mall."
"I'll go. When do you want to meet?" Maybe this wouldn't be so bad, besides I really do need to get my mind off of Harry, and just forget about him.
Harry's POV
"Harry! Get out of your room, you haven't been out of it in like 2 months." Niall yelled walking in.
It's true, I've been absolutely miserable since Lisa and I broke up. I'm used to always looking to the side of me and seeing Lisa's beautiful face looking at me. I'm used to kissing her every day all the time, and I'm just used to her presence. I've been wanting to call her and text her everyday, but I know she hates me now, so what's the point.
I unlocked my phone to see my wallpaper which is Lisa. It might be creepy, but I can't not resist it. I can't look at other girls, and I can't even think about loving anyone else. I fell in love with that goofball, and it's hard to fall out of love.
-------------------------------------
I headed to the bar where I usually go to release stress. I never drink, I just sit at the counter. The first thing that opened on my phone was the folder of Lisa and I. It was captioned "11-30-12", now I remember why. It's our anniversary. One year to be exact. While scrolling through the infinite amount of pictures of her, I guy probably my age came and sat by me.
"Who's the girl?" He asked pointing to my phone.
"My ex." I said quietly.
"Why'd you let her go? She's stunning." He asked taking a closer look at my phone.
"I know. It wasn't my choice, she didn't care about me anyways."
"Now why would you say that? I know we don't know each other at all, but I'm kind of in your position. My girlfriend of 3 years left me last week for some other guy. I've been sitting in my room for a whole week, this is the first time I've been out since that day. Trust me, she cares about you. A lot more than you think, she's probably hurting way worse than you are. Call her or something to show her that you care, and she'll return the favor. Don't let her get away anymore, a girl as gorgeous as her will be snatched up before you know it."
