How could he say those wincing words to me?

After all this, he knows what I went through, what I suffered but maybe I expected him to be different? That is what you get when you love somebody, hate and pain?

I expected Aaron to teach me to live again, love again and finally believe in myself again. But what did I get? Those words ring like bells in my mind, echo the painful accuses he filled me up with.

I saw a bench nearby the road outside our apartment and lounged myself on the cool metal surface. A guy came and sat beside me.

He was near my age, maybe leading a beautiful life with his Barbie and parents.

“Hey, I am Jake.”

He introduced himself.

“Princess Fiona.”

“Beautiful name, eh?” He smirked.

“Look, Mr. Stranger I am in no mood to talk to you right now or ever, so if you can please leave me alone.”

“I am not interested in your pants. Your camera attracted me.” He joked.

“She is not your one night stand, now shoo away.”

“Okay, let me get this clear. Just answer these questions with a yes or no.”

Damn, he is nosey.

“Then you leave me alone?” I pleaded.

“Yeah sure sure.”

“Be fast.”

“Are you having any job?”

“Nope.” I said popping the ‘P’.

“Any field you are interested in?”

“Many, none particular.”

“Photography being one?”

“Maybe.”

“Well, actually, I am working in a company called, Mosaic and they wanted me to hire a new photographer for their new shoot.”

“So, your point is?” I asked curiously.

“Can you become the one we are searching for?”

“Photography is my passion, I never thought of it as a career.”

“I give you 25 seconds.”

I wandered into my personal reverie, I always loved this league. Maybe I will ponder into more fields other than clicking birds and snails. I have to give this a shot to discover the beauty of  capturing a live person into the lens I have been looking for.

“5, 4, 3,-“

“Okay, I agree to do this. But you haven’t seen my stuff, how can you be so sure?” I finally asked.

“While you were in your dream land I went through your pictures.” He said rather nicely instead of my harsh comeback to my shining hero in armor- I don’t know? Tee and trousers?

“Whoa, you could have been a thief and stolen my camera.” I frowned.

“Who talks to their boss like that?”

I possibly did.

“Okay, bullshit, when do I have to come and stuff?”

“This is my card, just give me a ring.”

“Okay.”

I got lost into my train of thoughts, when his tall frame stood up and offered me a hand. I quickly stood up on my own to compare myself with this hulk.
