I stood in Derek's loft uncomfortably once again. We were having a pack meeting to announce that we were going to be taking in the small group. I still kind of hated Brett for ruining Scott and I's date though.
"Why are we here if no one is gonna say something?" Liam asked from the couch where he was sitting next to Lydia and Stiles.
"You're here for us." I heard someone say from the direction of the elevator. Everyone turns to see Brett with the rest of his small pack behind him.
"What the hell is he doing here?" Liam asks. I look over to see a look of pure anger on his face as he looks at Brett.
"Hi Liam." Brett says, looking over at Liam. I could see a hint of regret mixed with love while he stared at Liam, almost longingly.
"They're here because someone else is hunting us all down. They killed Allison. Now we have to join forces to find out who thay are and stop them. Brett's group is going to be joining our pack." Scott said.
"Wait I thought that there was five of you?" Derek said. I looked over to see only four of Brett's pack.
"Where's Aiden?" Brett asked the boy called Ethan.
"I don't know. He was behind me when we were driving here." Ethan said.
"He's never late for anything." Kira says from right next to him.
"We need to find him now. I can smell fear." Brett says.
"Wait so now one of you guys are missing?" Stiles asks.
"No, one of them is now dead." I hear a weird voice say behind us. Everyone turns around to see three people in steampunk like suits standing there.
"It's them. It's the ones that are hunting us down." Brett said.
"We are not hunting you down. We are eliminating a threat." They all say in unison. When they speak they sound almost like a machine.
"Wait what did you mean by dead?" Ethan asks, his voice cracking halfway through the sentence. I look over to see that his eyes are starting to tear up and him looking as if he's about to break down.
"Two out of thirteen threats eliminated." They say before pulling these gun like devices from underneath their trenchcoats and jumping out the nearby window, smashing it to pieces, and using them to swing away.
"What the hell just happened?" Lydia asks from her spot on the couch.
"They've killed him." Ethan blubbers. By this point he's on the ground with his head between his knees bawling.
"Don't worry, shhh. We'll find him. Don't worry." Malia says as she gets on her knees and wrapps her arms around Ethan, trying to comfort him.
"Okay we need to find him, now." Derek said.
"Wait one second. There's only ten of us left plus the Allison and Aiden would be eleven but they said twelve. Who's the thirteenth?" Stiles asks.
"Right now no one cares. We just need to find Aiden." Kira says to him but Stiles still wears a look of wonder on his face.
"Okay I have his scent. I can follow it right to him." Brett says.

We found Aiden's body in an alleyway nearby Derek's loft. His bike was crashed nearby and he had a needle stuck in his neck. Ethan was devastated when we returned with his body, and he cried all night according to Brett.
"Have we found out who those guys are yet?" I ask as I walk into Stiles' room. Stiles had put together a sort of investigation baord in his room to help us find the three mysterious people.
"Well Lydia has found a book called The Dread Doctors and the people on the cover look exactly the same as the guys we saw." Stiles said.
"And I followed that mercury scent and found an abandoned factory but no one was there." The boy named Theo said. From what I could tell he was very quiet most of the time.
"So we basically have nothing to help us find them?" Scott asks as he walks in behind me.
"Not necessarily. I started to read the book while you guys were all talking and from what I've read so far, it's exactly the same as the situation we're in right now." Lydia says as she holds up the mangy old book.
"So then we might be able to use the information in it to find them." Stiles says and snatches the book out of Lydia's hands before flipping through it.
