Chapter 2:Mate

(Theo's point of view)

Ugh why do I have to get up?

"Theo get your butt down here for breakfast now!"

"I'm coming mom!"

As soon as I walk into the kitchen I smell my favorite chocolate chip pancakes. Then my beta mason comes down and says,"you have to come see the new rouge. There's something about her."

"Can't it wait?"

"Nope"

"Ugh fine but if it's another man just begging I'll kill you myself. Then I'll feed you to the wolves."

"It's a young girl from next door she says Ryker rapes her, and the beta and they all abuse her, she's a slave to them."

As I walk down I hear the cries of men wanting me to let them out save them blah blah. We only take men women and kids stay upstairs or we take them to their pack.

I get to her cage and I see a young girl sleeping bruises,cuts and burns all over her then I smell something I'll never forget chocolate and mint god it smelt good it's what I smelt faintly yesterday!"

"Mate! Mate! Go to mate! Help mate! Mate hurt!"

I see Joey the cell keeper and then Tim behind him "who is she what's her story?"

"she ran away from blue stone Ryker beta and gamma all abused and raped her. She was their slave it's been that way since she was born no mom or dad they left her there. She hasn't shifted yet. But then let me tell you about the kicker."

He pulled tom by the ear and said,"Tom last night was on shift and guess what I found out from her and the tapes he raped her and hit her."

I lost it I killed him right there then I hear a small whimper and see it's her. She's so beautiful she's covered in dried blood and dirt.

I opened the door and she looked up at me and I heard something "mate" as she passed out I quickly picked her up she's lighter than a feather I'll have to fix that.

I rush her into the pack hospital I lay her down and the doctor Samantha she's an old lady who is amazing at what she does. She looks at me and said,"what happened to her?"

"Years of abuse,sexual assault and starvation basically she was lower than the mutts"

She gasped and started to cut her top of and she said,"Alpha, I need you to leave I'm sure this random young girl doesn't want you looking at her naked body."

"She's my mate Sam I'm not leaving"

She nodded and continued to do her work. It was awful I had to look away I bent a metal chair out of anger as I saw what they did to my mate,my Luna,my soul and my other half.

I never thought I needed a mate until I looked into her beautiful blue-green eyes I saw the pain and the terror. Sam looked at me and shone her head I asked,"Is it true?"

She nodded and I cried I'd let Sam see me cry she is like a second mother to me. She said,"But Theo your going to be the best thing for her I can already tell. Your an amazing man and a kind guy you just have to swallow your pride."

I nodded and she patted me on the back we gave her a bath. Sam stitched her up and we wrapped and cleaned all the wounds. I took her to my room the biggest my parents live in another house far from mine.

We are on the same territory my house is in the middle of them all and the biggest no one but me and my guards and now my mate is allowed in. We have to keep it tight I do go to the pack house everyday though.

She was adorable I put her in my shirt and my boxers. I laid her down and went to the living room to watch tv and think. I needed to know more about her.
