*Louis POV*
"Who did this!!??" Mrs. Poyart, covered in purple paint, shouted. No one answered though, we were all friends and no one would be that mean. "Okay since no one is saying who's in charge I'm going to keep you all in detention for the next month."
Well except Mrs. Poyart which tops the limits.
"Shit." I heard Arianna mumble to herself. She gave me a dirty look, and turned away.
"Have fun in detention class!" With that the teacher stormed out of class.
I heard everyone laugh as soon as she was gone, some giving me high fives and some hitting me on my back.
Wait... not EVERYONE.
I turned to look towards Arianna and didn't see an expression of joy planned on her face and to be honest it hurts me a lot.
I admit I love this girl since freshmen year, and now being a junior means that I've had a crush on her since 2 years.
I'm going to make this girl laugh even if I had to embarrass myself in front of everyone, I'll do it, I'll make her laugh, I swear.
*Arianna's POV*
That prank was hilarious, I admit. And the look on the teacher was worthless. But shit happened and we got detention for like a full month!
I felt Louis' eyes on me and turned to face him quickly. I know I shouldn't do this but I gave him a mean look, because I know if I show interest, I'll end up falling for him. That's just who I am. I turned away from him and he did too, and I swear I felt as if I was a total ass for doing what I did, but I'll end up falling for him, which I doubt I still didn't.
~Lunch~
*Louis' POV*
I saw Arianna sit alone on a table at the end of the cafeteria. I swear she looked like a princess. My plan should work. Scratch that it HAS to work.
I went and stood on the VIP table in the middle of the cafeteria.
"Listen everyone, I have something to say." everyone looked including Arianna. I admit I was starting to shake.
"Everybody listening?" I said before I started.
"Yes!" Everybody shouted back.
"Okay here's the truth. I stopped peeing myself since only 8th grade!" Everyone was laughing and felt my cheeks burn red and I directly looked at Arianna which was only eating. Only.
I got fed up. I ran towards her straight and cleared my throat as I reached. She simply looked up still having the fork in her mouth.
"Why do you hate me?" the words just bolted out of my mouth.
*Arianna's POV*
"Why do you hate me?" Louis said leaving me shocked.
"I don't hate you."
"Then why are you so mean to me?"
Shit. Should I tell him..?
"Cause." That was all I could say.
"Cause what?"
"Why do you EVEN want to know?" I stood up to meet his level
"Because I-"
"You what?"
"Because I like you. Since freshmen year..."
Let the locks free Arianna..
"You like me? Why didn't you tell me before?"
"I was scared; you didn't laugh when I made jokes, or pranks. And you always seem to give me the same mean look each time I look at you."
"I don't hate you Louis, in fact I didn't laugh because I know ill fall for you harder…"
"You like me?" Louis asked as he looked in my eyes.
"Since day one Lou…"
I looked into his eyes as I leaned in. So did him. He smashed his lips to mine closing the gap between us.
I fell in love with him once over.
