"Dipper? Are you ok, you look pale." Mabel stood in front of her brother with concern shifting in her eyes. "Mabel, I-I have something to tell you, but please don't tell anyone." Dipper sat down on the couch, so did Mabel. Words began tumbling out of his mouth, almost rolling over each other. "Remember when Bill was thrown from my body?" Mabel focused her deep brown eyes onto his. "He's not gone, is he?" Bill began to take over and Dipper didn't even care. He wanted to crawl into a hole and die, for he knew what was happening next. He felt Bill using his body to speak to Mabel, he felt all the feelings twisting inside them both, he felt Bill nervously rubbing his hands together. "H-hi, Shooting star. I want to-" Small amounts of pain spread over his head as Mabel beat Bill over the head with a magazine. "YOU MONSTER! GET OUT OF HIM!" "Ow! Shooting, ow, star! Stop, please. I want to explain!" Her hand paused momentarily letting the words sink in. She narrowed her eyes and lowered her weapon. "Ok, but I will jump at any sudden movement." Bill sighed and sat down again. "When I was flung out of Pine tree here, I turned and came back, but he was already almost back to his body. We went in at the same time and somehow fused together. Then, before you came home, I..." Mabel's hand clenched around her magazine again. "What did you do." Bill lowered his head. "I burned the journal." Mabel began hitting him over the head again. "Shooting star, why do you keep hitting me, Merlin's beard." After a few seconds of swatting his with the magazine, she finally calmed down enough for him to continue. "I waited so I could tell you both the reason I burned the journal. I already told Pine Tree I would tell him, and I also wanted to tell you." Mabel sighed and slumped down onto the couch. "Pine tree? Are you listening?" Yes Bill, I'm listening even if I didn't want to. "A long time ago, the author of the journals came to Gravity falls and began investigating the things living here. I was curious, so when he read my summoning incantation aloud, I visited. He took inerrant in me, and I agreed to help him. He wanted a grand theory of weirdness, and I helped him and he unknowingly helped me. I needed a portal into this demotion. So he created it thinking it would go to any dimension, even though it started in mine. He tested it and his lab partner was sucked in. He went crazy afterward trying to forget what he saw." Mabel stopped him. "What did he see?" Bill put his head down again. "Me taking my exoskeleton of so I could eat." Mabel looked horrified and delighted at the same time. "I have to, it's a thing I can't not do. After he saw that, he thought I was dangerous, and asked to shut the portal down. The author receded into his house and was rarely seen. He tried to get rid of me because he thought I was evil, the devil even, then he hid the journals. Then he called his twin brother Stanly to hide the last one, but was accidentally pushed in. Your great uncle Stan, u actually named Stanly, not Stanford. His twin brother was the author of the journals. He went into my dimension, and after than I haven't seen him." There were a few moments of silence between us. I took over for a lite but again to ask a question.  "Why don't you want him back? I assume it's him you don't want back." Bill looked Mabel in the face. "He might have gone crazy and wants to kill him entire family. I didn't do anything, but he's been in the portal for 30 years, and his assistant was in for a few seconds. So he's insane."
