DIANA'S POV:
I woke up to someone shaking my arm back and forth. I groaned, and opened my eyes, and squinted them from the bright sun pouring in through my curtains.
"Yay! Diana's awake!" Perrie exclaimed happily, clapping her hands.
"What time is it?" I groaned.
"8am," Danielle said.
"Why did you wake me up so early?" I asked.
"Becauseee we're hungry!" Eleanor whined. I sighed, and sat up in my bed. The girls slept on my floor last night. I offered to sleep on the floor while they slept on my bed and the couch, but they refused, and wanted to sleep on the floor.
Those weirdos.
"Alright, let me quick get changed and we can go find something to eat," I announced, and they nodded.
I quick got changed into a not-as-fancy dress. I honestly wanted it to be a yoga pants-and-sweatshirt kinda day, but when you're a princess, that probably won't ever happen, sadly.
We all headed to the elevator, and stepped inside. I clicked the 2nd floor button, and Eleanor threw such a fit.
"I wanted to push the button!" she whined.
I rolled my eyes.
"You can push it next time, El," Danielle comforted, but Eleanor crossed her arms.
"Fine," she pouted, and Dani, Perrie, and I all laughed. We headed towards the dining room, my grandmother asked the four of us last night if we wanted to eat breakfast with them anyways at 8:30.
We walked at a decent pace to the dining hall, and Kyle, one of the butlers, was waiting for us. He was probably 1 or 2 years older than me, and he was very nice. Harry said I should stay away from him, and Will said he was a nice guy. So, I followed what my wiser, older brother said and gave Kyle a chance.
"Hey Diana," he greeted. He nodded at Perrie, Dani, and El, I found it a teensy bit rude, but they didn't seem to notice, so I let it go. Also, I've told Kyle he never had to talk proper with me, because I didn't mid, and would rather have everyone not speak all posh to me. I just want to be normal again.
Well, as normal as I get.
"Hi Kyle, can you give my friends, Danielle, Eleanor, and Perrie a seat to sit in at the table?" I asked kindly. Kyle nodded and lead the three of them to a spot at the table. William, Kate, and George were already there, having a conversation amounst themselves. I mean, they already have met my friends, and they love them.
I sat in my usual spot at the table. On the end, next to Harry and across from Will. My father sat on the other end, next to Gram, who sat in the middle. Kate sat next to Will, and George had a booster seat on the edge by Will.
Dani was seated next to Harry's seat, Eleanor next to Danielle and Gram, and Perrie was across from Danielle, between Kate and my father.
*
Eleanor, Danielle, and Perrie went home after our breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, parfaits, and fruits. Of course, we got to choose, instead of eat all of it. I'd weigh 3 times as much as I weigh now if I ate that much.
In fact, from all of the food I've been eating now a days, I have to go jogging every morning, with one of the maidens, May. She turned out to be 18, like me, and she's now one of my dearest friends. She's also the girl who made my dresses, if you recall.
I sighed and unlocked my iPhone screen. Just as I unlocked it, I saw a sneak peek at the date, I've basically lost track of time these days.
Monday, December 24.
