It just gets harder (Louis Tomlinson)

Lucky Day

Savannah's POV

I had the week off this week because my boss thought I had been working to much. But I wasn't gonna complain about it. I had been watching Isabelle this week because she had gotten out of the hospital over the weekend.

It was Wednesday today and I was at Isabelle's house while her mom had to go get something from somewhere. Isabelle was complaining about not being able to go to the One Direction concert that was going on tomorrow night. And how she really wanted to meet them. But she said she wasn't sure about meeting Louis after what I told her what happened between us.

Around 4pm Isabelle mom came back. "Sweetie, I'm home!" shouted Isabelle's mum. With that being said Isabelle mum entered the living room where we were at the moment. "Hi mummy" Belle said.

We talked for a bit until Isabelle's mum said she had some good new and bad news.

"Well Isabelle....I got you tickets for the One Direction show and....passes for you to meet them. But the bad news is that I have work tomorrow so no one can take you unless Miss. Savannah would be kind enough to take you" her mum said and Isabelle was screaming in joy that she get to meet them until her mom said she had no one to take her.

Isabelle looked at me as if she was asking 'Please say yes'. I sighed quietly. "I would love to take Belle tomorrow" I said and I was surprised there was no hesitation in my voice when said it. Isabelle screamed in joy and hugged me and thanking me. Her mum mouthed an 'Thank you so much' and I just shrugged it off with a smile.

(Before concert starts) Savannahs POV

We were seated in our seat which were front row and I was sorta scared that Louis would see me. But either way we would meet again because we had meet and greet passes. But for some reason I was wondering how Louis would be doing since I left with no explanation. Here I was at his concert in a bright neon pink shirt and black high waisted shorts. At first I was gonna wear one of his old stripe shirts that I took but Belle said I would get notice if I wore something bright. All of a sudden the girls that got here early cause they had passes like us started screaming. I looked at Isabelle, confused because we were facing the opposite direction of the stage and she told me to lean down and I did so. "Louis came out on stage" I looked up at her and nodded.

Louis POV

I was backstage and I was the only one ready because I guess I'm easy to do and I was first at getting my turn today. So I decided that I would go on stage and see how many got a pass to come in early. I walked on stage and they all screamed but two that were on the front row because they were facing the other way but the little girl looked my way and carried a worried expression and then gave the older girl a sign for she could whisper something in her ear. The more I looked at the back of the older girl I thought she was Savannah cause she had same hair color as her. But I pushed the thought because I didn't wanna get my hopes up. After being on stage for a while I waved bye to the girls and walked off stage.

After about waiting another hour we were getting ready to go on stage to do a concert. We were now be loaded on a thing to bring us on stage. We were on stage and singing 'rock me'.

Savannahs POV

The concert just came to an end and Louis didn't notice me the entire time but he would now since we were about to go to the meet and greet. We were at the closed door and there was Paul the boy's bodyguard. I looked up at him to see if he would remember me he didn't at first but then he gasped "Savannah is that you?" he said in a whisper. I chuckled and nodded. "How has Louis been Paul and don't sugar coat it" I asked " He's a mess and after 3 years he still is. He even looks for you every time we go to a new city or state" I sighed as he said that. "who is this little one?' Paul asked confused.

"She is one of the children that I got close to at the hospital I work at her name is Isabelle" I told him> he nodded and smiled "Well Paul I think we go in now" he gave me a nod and a smile that would say good luck. I bent down to Belle's height to tell her something. "okay sweetie when we get in there can you tell Liam, the girl in the bright pink shirt has to tell you something important to say to you and its kinda private." I asked her and she nodded. I walked in my head low so no one can see me and the I turned the other way facing the door

After standing by the door facing the other way for a few minutes came Liam. "Hi love, I heard you had to say something to me" I looked up at Liam and he gasped. "Hi Li Li" I said with a huge grin on my face. He then wrapped your arms around me and hugged me tightly. "How is he?" there was a long pause before he answered "A mess" he whispered. "you should really go talk to him Sav" I gave him a nod. I turned my head to see which way Louis was turned the other way squatting down talking to Belle.

I walked over to them and tapped Louis on the shoulder. "Hello lo-Savanna" I gave him a week smile. "Hi Lou, how have you been" he sighed and then spoke "A mess without you' with that being said my heart broke. I wrapped my arms around his torso and hugged him and for once I felt genuinely happy not the fake happy I would say I was. He then broke the silence by asking the dreadful question I wasn't ready for. "why'd you just leave out of the blue one night Sav?" I gave him a look that would say 'follow me'.

We went into Louis dressing room so I could tell him why I left that night. "Lou I left that night because if you remember we went out and got very tipsy. Well when I got back from the bathroom I saw you kissing Lauren and you even had your hand down her pants fingering her. It broke me. I ran to the flat we shared and I packed all my things. I didn't look back at that place I just walked away and pretended it never happened. I stayed at a hotel for a few days. I cut you off completely. I didn't talk much during the 1st month. After graduating I moved here to California to get away from everything that happened in that town." I said in one big breath. I didn't notice tears slipping down my face until Louis wiped them away with his thumb.

"Savannah I'm so sorry. I wish I could go back and stop my self from doing that. Would you ever forgive me and be mine again?" Louis asked

"I would love to Lou but I live in the states not England anymore. How would we make this work" I questioned.

"Couldn't you move back to England?" Louis asked with hope in his eyes

"That means leaving belle, and my job Lou" I told him.

"Please Savannah" Louis begged

"No Louis, Im not just leaving my new life I'm sorry Lou" with that being said I walked out of the dressing room to see the other boys and get Belle.
